The staff was great 🥰

I reserved a room with a balcony and was told at check in those rooms are only available to people that book through the Marriott web site. Very unhappy that we didn't get a balcony.

Nice hotel, comfortable.

They charged us 86 US$ more than stated in booking.com price. The argument was that it might have been the exchange rate of our bank.

Everything was perfect! The room, the service, the cleanliness and the view was to die for! Food was good much better in their "Cuzamil" restaurant than the other one but it was still fine. Value for money, service with a smile and couldn't be happier

The only thing that could have made it better was a few additional nights

It is a beautiful and incredibly clean hotel, with great staff, large and comfortable rooms and excellent a'la carte food. It has a small cove beach with crystal clear water. We've been to this hotel a few times before and always return with confidence. The safety protocols were also truly great and the housekeeping was second to none. The views from each room are absolutely spectacular.

The all inclusive package does not include better spirits anymore, which was disappointing as we like to enjoy an evening cognac or brandy. The buffet option for dinner was also below par with the a'la carte option, which was luckily still available. We didn't care for the addition of a mediocre nightly entertainment as, in our opinion, it didn't fit with the elegant ambience of the hotel. It would be probably ideal if this hotel went adults-only.

fabulous breakfast(amazing fruit)and restaurant location right by the sea. generous and very comfy room with a super seaview. great snorkelling(free hire for an hour) easy 100 pesos taxi into town

staff not overly friendly loud group of Americans drinking and playing own music by the poolside spoilt what should have been a relaxing afternoon on beach!

The rooms are very comfortable and the views are absolutely stunning from every room. The pool and beach area are very good for relaxing and the snorkeling just off the dock was the best we did all trip! The staff were very nice and the breakfast and lunch were quite good.

The dinners were very subpar and we just started going out for dinner after our second night - they were trying for high end steaks and fish but neither were cooked or seasoned well. The AI option was great (the snack bar and room service were both excellent) but you have to get the bill and sign for everything. No walking up and just getting a drink, which made it a little clunky when you just wanted to get back to your room or your beach chair.

Facilities were great

Charged 160 peso for 2 cups of stale coffee. The bartenders were mediocre and did not know coffee/cocktails, but being charged more than 8 USD for a bad cup of coffee when there was no other option around felt as if I was extorted. Consider providing coffee to your guests at the lobby level.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly!! They made me feel at ease traveling alone in a foreign country which I was very nervous about. The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean and the on-site restaurants were delicious!!

The bedside lamp shades appeared to have some mold or were just really dirty. There was a similar black mold on the shower wall above the tile.

Impressive room. Nicely landscaped beach area.

Very ‘American’ - take what you will about that but as a European couple we didn’t really appreciate that.

The beach was the absolute best. The swimmable water was a very nice change of pace in comparison to all the algee all over other parts of the Gulf of Mexico. Highly exceeded my expectations
