The location was great. About a 2 minute walk to AutoZone ball park. You can see Beale Street from the hotel and it's about a 10 minute walk. The staff was friendly and ready to help with any questions or problems. Another thing about the staff, they smile. A couple of times coming back to the hotel, the only smiles you saw the entire day were from the hotel staff.

The usual hotel shenanigans. The neighbors above us were loud and liked to stomp around. The neighbors across the hall had a dog that liked to bark. Then, around 4 in the morning, people like to yell down the hall for whatever reason. None of this is the hotels fault, but it's the only things I didn't like at the hotel.

The location is great,the free parking and the Continental breakfast was awesome. Oh and my kids love the indoor pool!!

A lot of confusion at check in. Booking. com did not have my name correct on the reservation which cause the receptionist to act as if she couldn't find my reservation! I then gave the confirmation number they said it was wrong. So A little frustrating. but the manager came. and it worked out.

Decent breakfast, hot foods, several options. It was a good location. Very clean hotel.

Road noise/drag racing near the hotel late at night. Partying in the parking lot made us uneasy and we checked out a day early.

At check in, Toshia, the front desk attendant was exceptional!! Very friendly, and very informative about the property. The room had a different smell, but took it from the cleaning supplies used and wasn’t an issue due to us bringing air freshener. Location was perfect!! We walked to Beale Street for lunch at BB King and rode the trolly. We went to a Redbird game that evening and was so convenient to walk back to our room. The highlight of ranking this hotel a good one was that my daughter left her engagement ring in the room and the cleaning staff turned it into the front desk!!! I love the honesty!!! THANK YOU!!! If I had to make a negative comment about anything would be, to have sugar free syrup available for diabetics to enjoy with their waffle. Over all, 9/10 experience!! It was a good location, and the interior amenities were fine.

When my sister came out of the hotel on the parking lot opposite the entrance as we were leaving, her shoe caught on the grooved cement on the walkway.. she fell hard, hitting her shoulder and hip. She insisted we drive on, but on arriving in NOLA, she went immediately to a clinic, then the hospital . She suffered a fractured hip. She was operated on the next morning for a fracture to her femur. It caused her pain, it resulted in medical and insurance issues. It ended a much anticipated sister vacation. She is Canadian. She isn't litigation. I feel the need for compensation, but she is just doing her physical therapy and hoping to finish our planned trip when she's able.

This is a great hotel located to all the nearby attractions as in Beale St, Peabody hotel and the Mississippi to name a few and as Graceland was a bit of a distance the concierge arranged for transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is great with different choices of hot food each day and enough for everyone. There was an issue with plumbing in the room and they did not hesitate to move us to a new one. On the day we were leaving there was a few hours before our flight so they kindly stored our bags until we were ready to leave. The staff were excellent

My reservation was messed up by Booking.com the rate I reserved was $199 per night and then at check in it was $299 plus tax and fees $355. I was on the phone with Booking.com and support was in Portugal . The person assisting was courteous but could not find the reason for the over charge , even after numerous screen shots of the reservation site. I had to pay the $355 and now have to submit the overcharge invoice for a refund of the difference which will be by check and not a credit to the credit card. I will never use booking.com again

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to every thing. The pool was lovely. Warm as well. The outside space was good to sit for a drink and watch the sunset. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and the reception found us a room that was ready and allowed us to check in early. I thought the hotel was excellent value for money

Property was new and very clean. This is a terrific value because even though it’s 2-3 blocks from most of the other downtown hotels, it’s still very close to Beale (.5 miles). And this is probably one of the only hotels downtown that offers free parking. Would definitely stay here again. Good selection of breakfast items and nice lobby/eating area.

Only issue was that we booked a double queen bed, but their “queen” beds are about 4-5” smaller in width than standard queen beds. The staff did offer to upgrade us to a king suite, but that only had one king bed and a sofa bed.

Very nice hotel. Good sized rooms and very comfortable beds. Reception staff and all staff were very polite and helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is thrown in - it’s not brilliant, but it’s a nice extra. Free coffee all day. A short walk (10 mins) into central Memphis - close to Baseball and all the sights.

Immediate hinterland is a bit barren - but this isn’t something the hotel can do much about.
