The room was a good size and well equiped. There was a small outside sitting area which also opened onto a nice grassed garden area. We had a small dog so this was an excellent adjunct to the room. The small kitchen was equiped with a microwave and half size fridge. There is a service station across the road which can be handy for travellers and Town Beach is only about 5 minutes walk away.

The motel is on a road that is a thorough fare for getting to the southern beaches so there is regular traffic, but the rooms were quite well insulated so that didnt interfere with our comfort or sleep when the doors were closed.

I like the balcony with fly screen door, the pool and the well maintained garden. The whole complex is meticulously maintained. Bed was comfortable. Lounge area and well equipped kitchen was great. There was a very thorough compendium supplied with a 7 day suggested itinerary. We chose one of the walks from that information and it was terrific. This is a very easy place to stay and much better than other motor inns I have stayed at in Port Macquarie.

Only small negative is a gardener starting a trimmer at 8 am. We would have liked a sleep in after a long day driving.

Communication and trust. As we were late travelers and they phoned me and left the key under the mat, for someone who they didn’t know or hadn’t stayed there before this took a lot of stress off us. That we could arrive at the time we did (8:30pm) and we were looked after. No trouble at all finding the key and getting into the room.

Didn’t get to meet any staff in the morning to thank them. As we were checking out at 8:30am but no one in office. But nothing really that we didn’t like.

Staff were welcoming and room was comfortable with conveniences such as microwave and crockery which were handy for meals. Good location and nice to see they actually use top and bottom sheets which a lot of motels don’t do.

Located on a roundabout so there is traffic noise and no lift if on the second storey which had outside steps.

We arrived a short time before the checkin time but it did not create any problems. The parking was off-street. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The place appears to have have been recently refurbished as everything was working well. We had a late lunch at the Bowls Club just a short walk away. It was good and regretted not getting membership at $6 which would have given members rates.

It was all good.

Great location. 4 mins walk to beach , club 1 minute and super market 15 minute walk. Balcony with chairs,kitchenette (fridge,microwave,sink etc) comfy bed. Hosts super friendly, loved it so much have rebooked for another stay.Pool lovely and clean ,garden immaculate .On site parking.😻

Walls need to be a little more sound proof as can hear people talking in the next room.

We loved our stay, the property is at a walking distance from Town beach. The old gentleman at the reception was very kind and polite. We had reached Port Macquarie a bit earlier than planned. He allowed us to check-in a bit early which was great as we were tired from the drive. The room was neat and clean. The check out process was also smooth, we just dropped the keys on our way out of the property. Overall, it was good value for money.

Nothing to complain

Appreciated that we could have our West Highland Terriers with us as we were travelling to see family interstate.

the TV was a bit confusing, it had voice descriptive option on and was very hard to work out to remove it. The closed captions were on screen which we finally removed. Weren't able to access Netflix at all during our 2 night stay.

The room was clean,quiet& comfortable. Value for money. Off street parking was good.staff was friendly & welcoming & helpful.we had a really nice stay. I would recommend the town beach motor inn to anyone.

Nothing to not like.

Great stopover with our dog. Super comfy bed and great water pressure in shower. Super easy and helpful check in, we were running late so they left a key for us which was great. We will stay here again on our return home. Thanks again
