Fabulous location in Borovets, close enough for center and far enough from the noisy crowds. Very clean, tidy, and well-equipped apartment in well-maintained aparthotel. Exceptionally responsive owner, friendly, knowledgeable, always available and ready to help.

The apartment was clean, very well equiped an it was a silent place. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. We had a free parking on premise.

To us, the location is better than in the center - more guiet, with more options to walk in the nature, allowing to prepare the body for skiing while you go to lifts. The apartment (B-16) is excellent, includes everything you need to rest and to cook. Comfortable beds, adjustable heating, easy windows opening, balcony, options for drying clothes after skiing. The host Denitsa is very polite and helpful, gives detailed info and keeps in contact with guests.

Some small things like an additional pillow or a chair in the bedroom could be useful.

The apartment was spacious with very good facilities, the rooms were comfortable and the host was communicative and helpful at all times and check in instructions were very easy to follow. In particular, the shower was incredible and the location is also great. If you were skiing then maybe you might want to be nearer the slopes but was perfect for what we needed. For the price, what you get is exceptional, very good value for money. I've stayed in Borovets dozens of times over the years but this has been by far my favourite place to stay and will always check here first for return trips.

It is technically a mountain view because you can see the trees around you but it's more of a woodland view, which is still very nice but just don't expect to be looking at the slopes.

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a washer , as well as a dishwasher and all that you need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The host,Denista, is very nice , she is very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

The size of the apartment was excellent, we were 3 people yet it would easily be suitable for 4. The bathroom was very big, with a massive bath and what seemed to be an endless supply of hot water. The kitchen was a good size with more than enough room and facilities to make home cooked meals. The living room was comfortable and big enough to all sit together in the evening for coffee and to relax, after a day on the slopes. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, we didn't use the main hotel facilities so I can't comment on them. And finally the apartment owner was excellent, great communication from the moment I booked, all the way through to the morning we checked out. We all had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The location was great , very close to the Gondola and ski lift. The apartment was nice, very comfortable with two nice rooms and one bathroom for each room. Very good heating and in particular a great hostess Denitsa. Everything you need you can contact her and she is very helpful. I really recommend this place.
