Sort of a surprise in downtown Kansas City. The location was excellent and the views from our rooms (we actually got a 2nd room during our stay) were stunning. We had a top floor room, which was only slightly more expensive than a similar room or a lower floor. Having stayed at other luxury properties in the US, this one really measured up to some of the more recognizable brand apps. Actually, looking forward to another opportunity to stay here.

This is sort of nitpicky, but I had a sort of unusual experience with housekeeping. They knocked on my door one morning (around 0900) and when I asked them to come back around 11, I was greeted with some blank stairs, and no real response. About five minutes later, the housekeeper came back with her supervisor, and I again confirmed that I would prefer to have the room cleaned at 11. This was after a call from housekeeping where I again confirmed that I would like for them to come at 11! 11 o’clock came in no housekeeping, so I eventually called them around noon and ask him to come then and clean. They did what I ask, but it was certainly odd, and I suspect that it is because the housekeeping crew is not communicating well, with their supervisors or clients.

This is a modern property in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City. No problems at check-in then made our way to the room it was a standard double and was well appointed, modern with a large comfy bed, flat screen TV and coffee facilities. Large bathroom with good quality toiletries and a travel size bottle of Loews branded hand sanitiser. The Stilwell restaurant in the hotel serves a varied menu and the food quality was very good, our server was really friendly, professional and helpful answering all our questions about the food. There is a very large well stocked bar next to the restaurant and was very busy with a great vibe. Check-out was at 11am, we didn't include breakfast in the room rate but there's a coffee shop in the lobby area which sold very good croissants and coffee. Valet parking was at a reasonable rate and the car was delivered quickly to the lobby entrance. The hotel is located in the middle of the Crossroad Arts District and the surrounding area is a great place to wander around, there are art installations all over the place and you are only a few minutes walk to some good night clubs, restaurants and bars.

Parking was simple, the rooms were very nice and clean. Appeared recently updated/built. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant/bar area in the lobby, conference rooms/ballroom, and an outdoor patio on the 7th floor. It's not far from the Chiefs stadium and Royals stadium, about 15 minutes.

Only complaint is it's near a concert hall which was loud. Overall it didn't bother me but it may bother some people.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND AWESOME! FROM THE LOUNGE, TO THE ROOM, TO THE VIEW... ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL... It was my Finance` Birthday Surprise Weekend! I sent him to the Chiefs Game a Lifetime Dream and wanted him to stay somewhere nice. His stay was an experience he truly ENJOYED and was beyond his expectations!!! He's been talking about the view from his room, how nice his stay was, and the pillows. LOL... HE TRULY ENJOYED EVERYTHING THAT WEEKEND... HE'S BEEN SMILING EVERY SINCE AND KEEP SAYING, "I'M THINKING ABOUT GETTING SEASON TICKETS AND WE WILL ONLY STAY AT LOEWS!!!!!" You have gained a guess for life!!! 💯🥰

The staff was friendly and very courteous. It was extremely clean. The bar was very nice and the drinks were delicious. Especially, the Lavendar Fields drink. The food was very good as well. It was fairly prompt. Great vegetarian options.

My only complaint was check in was slow and we waited in line for like 20 to 30 minutes. Also, it would be nice if the pool stayed open later for just adults to relax without screaming kids.

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent customer service and staff that truly go above and beyond. Despite being located next to the highway, you literally cannot hear anything inside of the hotel. If you’re coming to Kansas City for a convention, I would highly recommend this hotel over any other hotel in the immediate area to the convention center. It is absolutely spotless, beautiful, well designed with numerous elevators and access points throughout the building as well as different dining options. The next time I come to Kansas City, I am definitely staying here again. Wonderful experience.

This was a beautiful property. Convenient location. Service with a smile from start to finish. It was so wonderfully quiet on our floor. No slamming doors, people being loud or running down the halls. No noise from the elevator it was as if you were on the floor all by yourself. Valet was a breeze.

The bed was a bit firm but definitely won't detour us from staying again.

Everything here was astonishing! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff is very friendly, informative, & accommodating.. very impressive. The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great AND THE VIEW!!! Breathtaking. We stayed on the 24th floor corner room so we got to enjoy some sunsets and got to see the city lights from high up at night. This will be a very memorable trip for the both of us. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything. We cannot wait to come back ❤️

Breakfast was pricey. We visited the coffee shop and the scones and breakfast sandwiches were very good.

When I was in the middle of booking my room, I was putting in my credit card and when I submitted it, it said that my room was no longer available. When I refreshed the website, it WAS still available but the price had gone up by $100 for the same room, same night, within 1 minute of my original selection. Very sketchy.

Loved the atmosphere and staff at the bar, front counter, parking garage were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I am returning in 2 weeks and plan to change my current reservations to Loews. Loved being able to walk to Power and Light for dinner and entertainment.

surrounding streets were under construction, but entrance and exit to Loews was open and easy to navigate. Rain storm hit as we were returning from P & L district. Hotel didn't have an entrance on the side closest to Power and Light district, but we walked through parking garage and were able to get in and out of the storm.
