We thought the hotel was very nice. It was clean, not only our room but the lobby and elevators too. The staff was courteous and very friendly.

The only thing I would change is a full shower door.

The breakfast was excellent and a surprise. We did not know we would be given a free voucher for breakfast. It was upscale. Of course, most hotel rooms could use a few extra electrical outlets.

You... Booking.com. If I had not called in advance to ask a simple question, we would have been stuck with no reservation at all. Booking .com never told The Hotel Indigo that a reservation was made. We had to tell them the booking number and the fact that the room had already been paid for. I am very disappointed with you Booking.com. Its a lesson for me. Don't trust other people. Andrew at their front office saved the day because he was willing to search.

My sister in law and my self stayed there to go to a concert t mobile and it was perfect for walking to the venue felt very safe , was only a couple blocks away The room was big spacious and very clean ,smelled good had everything we could need. The staff was so friendly so helpful and we paid the extra for valet and it was great didn't worry about my car at all.the breakfast was so good made to order not a buffet that you stand in line for . I give it a top rating yes well definitely stay there again and would recommend it to any one to experience the KC area PS Easton Corbin stayed there that night with his band

We visited for a sporting event at the convention center. The location was walkable and offered many surrounding eating options. We parked in the garage next door. It is an extra charge but reasonable. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The paid breakfast was at the adjoining restaurant and offered plenty of options for all dietary needs. We love the small boutique feel of the hotel. The high 20 ft ceilings in our room was a plus. We will return.

Extremely friendly staff. The room was beautiful and clean and accommodating. There was a desk, lounge chair, TV, King Bed, and a gorgeous bathroom with a large shower. Extremely beautiful. They supplied the shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, face wash, and there was just an overall welcome feeling. I'm from out of state, and they helped me navigate the city without complaint. Great stay, even though I only stayed one night. I'll be going back.

Parking downtown was a nightmare, but they offer valet at the hotel from 7 AM to 11PM. I suggest you use it.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned very well each day. The staff was super friendly and we love that it was handicap accessible as my spouse is in a wheelchair.

Though it was handicap accessible, there were no good size trash cans in the room. Just a very tiny one in the bathroom and because of incontinence issues would need a larger one plus a trash bag. The shower for handicap people was almost perfect except people with mobility issues need a longer bath seat to be able to support themselves. Again we were pleased that at least the shower handles were in reach.

Location was perfect for downtown exploring! Bed was comfy! Clean room! Friendly staff!

Valet parking available for $40/day. When we checked in I asked about other parking options. Stated “parking garages are around.” They definitely try to get you to do the valet which is fine, however, there’s a parking Garage on Main Street that’s open to public and overnight parking for $12. Just an FYI.

The staff were amazingly friendly, especially the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. Breakfast was wonderful -I definitely recommend pre-paying for breakfast. You can order anything you like off of the menu. There is a happy hour every day, and on Thursday night (when we were there) there was live music from 5:30-9pm and he was fantastic!

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. The central location for downtown was great. We could walk to where we wanted to go. This was a Guy Fieri road trip. We went to his KC restaurant for drinks and ate at Jericho Mexican seafood restaurant that was on Triple D. So Hotel Indigo was a great place to stay. The rooms we really comfortable and it was totally pet friendly.

The green space for the dogs was over a city block away in front of the library and it was artificial grass (which the dogs didn't like) and lots of poop piles too.

Traveling for work, my first time visiting Kansas City, and staying with Hotel Indigo. The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of many restaurants and convenient shopping during down times. The overall staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a King room which was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom which was very clean as well. The restaurant inside had a great selection of breakfast items which were very well prepared and affordable. Shortly after I checked in and was settled into my room, I received a text message asking how my room accommodations were and if they met my expectations. I would receive a text message each day once the cleaning staff cleaned my room, which I found very nice.
