Great lobby, restaurant, bar, football, etc. Love the water re-filling station downstairs and coffee/ breakfast station. Easy self-parking and convenient easy access to and from parking / hotel lobby.

Upon first entering the room, there was a pretty powerful smell of some type of cleaning solution or carpet shampoo (?), which was initially somewhat offensive. We opened the window and turned the air up and left for a few hours, and that essentially cleared it up. The maid service skipped our room on day #2, even though we did not have the privacy sign up, and we had called and asked for service during the day. This was the day that I heard 400 singers checked out, so I think that this was probably a one-off due to shear volume. They came thereafter and all was fine.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. They were always willing to answer any of my questions and took care of some additional requests. They also were very kind with addressing a mistake the kitchen made on a room service order. We also enjoyed how close to the t-mobile center it was.

Having to sign up for an account to just get on wifi. The log on site did not work well on a mobile device, I could not fill out the form. Also the free wifi is not usable at all. The paid for wifi was not much better. Wasn't a fan of paying for parking, but I understand that is a city thing. The hotel is also starting to show its age with wear and tear. In the main areas of the hotel, there was a strong sent of cleaning materials (like comet)

The room was a nice size and well maintained. The location was just what I expected from info gathered before booking. We did not use parking services.

Hotel front desk staff "didn't know" about thier city on my first phone interaction with them; I called about what I called the free trolley - I was told very quickly that "I don't know about that". I learned later it was a free streetcar, I wonder if she would have known about that.

I liked all of the areas to hangout. The beds were comfy.

The dining experience wasn't the best. On the first night we found fingernail clippings on the chair next to us. The flatbread pizza was soggy on the bottom. Second night was super busy and even though the sign said no outside food many were hanging out playing cards and eating outside food so tables were limited. The ribs were excellent.

It’s super convenient Power and light is walking distance. A grocery store walking distance and plenty of bars in the downtown area. The T mobile center is walking distance as well. My room was as advertised and super clean. It’s exactly what you would expect at a Marriott. Top tier!

I loved everything I had no disappointments.

This hotel is so convenient for attending conventions. I loved the pool, even if it was unsettling to know that it was on the top floor of the hotel right above our room. The view was spectacular. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

The rowdy teens at the pool without a parent. In hindsight, we should have contacted the front desk. However, we just wanted to relax in the pool after walking around the convention and just went back to the room.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Good shower. We were high up so had beautiful views of the city. The pool was fun although a little fresh. Excellent downtown location, felt safe.

Breakfast was not included and although it was fantastic, it wasn't cheap.

The bed was very comfortable! The room was very clean! The view was beautiful! The room was a good temperature (we were able to control it ourselves).

We did not like the pillows. They sink flat as soon as you lay your head down. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all almost empty. No microwave in the room.

Location, fancy, good breakfast

The beds were horrible, so hard and the pillows went flat so fast I had to stack three just to have some volume. I felt rushed during breakfast but that’s understandable they were busy. Getting a taxi in the morning was harder than expected.

The rooms were very clean & comfortable. I loved being able to walk to our concert at the T-Mobile Event Center.

There was some construction that made it really confusing on how to get to the parking garage from the direction we were coming from.
