Comfortable rooms, but no tea or coffee in room, which I took my own anyway, 2 miles walk into Annecy, had Uber eats delivery available tho, English speaking staff very helpful, comfortable bed, fab shower., you don’t have to use the keycard to keep lights and tv on, you can use any plastic card in the wall slot in the room, recommend not a debit/credit card tho. Good strong internet you can connect to free.

No option to purchase dinner, just breakfast, no heating if required, expensive vending machines in reception, can’t just grab a coffee complementary. You had a few English guests but no English tv stations on the in room tv.

Clean, modern and friendly. Similar in style to Premier Inn (UK) but better (definitely better than travelodge). Good value for money. Bathroom very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Needed extra pillows - no problem, they fetched some for us. Didn’t have breakfast but looked good selection.

Only very minor point was that there was no kettle (tea/coffee) in room. However there was a 24 coffee machine in reception to purchase (cheap). Can’t really fault

The price matched the services provided by the hotel. The room was clean, it was quiet, it was easy to find and had parking. The staff on the reception was friendly and tried to help and provide answers for all questions

I would expect a hotel to provide at least one complimentary bottle of water. There was a vending machine that offered the service of buying water. We tried to purchase it using my credit card, the machine charged me and did not provide the water. We asked for reception help, they said it's not their responsibility since it's 3rd party vendor and they cannot help with it. So we tried to use cache. I had a 50 euro note but the machine would only accept smaller cache. Reception could not break it either. Coming from a long trip and not being able to drink some water is frustrating.

For a moderate price, exactly what I expect: a good basic service. Polite service and rooms in perfect condition. Clean modern rooms, properly equipped bathroom, functioning A/C control in the room and vending machines at the entrance for midnight snack attacks. Also, free parking lot at the premises. My car was visible from my room window.

Breakfast is little more than coffee and pastries. A touch overpriced for the offered goods. I would really like some hot food, such as bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage... Nevertheless, it's a very standard breakfast for France and the hotel class at hand. Pain au Chocolat, croissants, baguettes, jam and butter. Some cold cuts and boiled eggs.

I like the spacious room. The pillows were surprisingly comfy and clean. The sheets were really clean too! I love them! The location's not so bad if you have a car. There are actually shops close by.

The bathroom needs a bit of renovation. The water on the toilet kept on running even when you don't use it. LOL The room could be a little stuffy and there was a bit of smell there but we didn't mind. The receptionist seemed a bit uncomfortable. Maybe because we don't speak French. She never looked us at or smiled at us every time we pass by the reception. But it's okay, you just have to accept that cultures are different and it's just a 3-star hotel anyway.

We stayed there just for one night. But what we found is that this hotel is total value for money. It is 10 minutes drive from Annecy city centre. They provide a good breakfast in the morning at only 9€. We stayed in the triple bedroom and it was spacious. The beds were really comfortable. AC works perfectly. What I really liked that they allow me to warm my child's dinner in their microwave and put some of my food items in their fridge. This was a big help and I didn't expect that. Also there is a big parking space in the hotel premises. Overall it was a nice experience.

Breakfast options can be a little more but again with 9€ it's difficult to ask more.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was new, staff was kind and friendly and breakfast was really decent. The location was ok, especially if you had a car but there is also a shopping center near by (with restaurants, brasseries etc.). A very good value for money, totally recommend!

Although it was soundproof, there were people making some noise after 8-9 o'clock (especially by slamming doors or having their children shouting at the hall). We contacted the reception and they told they could change our room the next day. We opted not to, and the next days were noisewise better.

Good bedroom size, comfortable bed , safe free car park, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly.

It lacked a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks/ water cool in the hot summer and tea coffee/kettle in the room. The vending machines were out of order which was annoying as we could only buy bottled water from reception.

The price was excellent value. We stayed in a family room 2 adults and 2 kids. Perfect set up. Comfortable beds. Basic but clean facilities. Car parking excellent and felt secure. Added bonus that it is on a free (in the summer) bus route into the centre of town so we could go for dinner in the evening.

Nothing to dislike.

large clean room with good air conditioning! we had the breakfast and it filled us up for ages. Was worth it. I was nervous about the location being far away from the city, however, the Number 2 bus was very frequent (every 6 mins) and reliable so was not an issue at all :) you can hire bikes here but make sure you confirm reservation beforehand (we misread the email, but it was very easy to book them in the city). Lake Annecy bike ride is a MUST!
