Nice big room Breakfast.

No airport pickup. For the money we paid that was very disappointing. Bar prices at the pool are very expensive.. Shuttle Bus to the beach not every hour. You are meant to book but how do you know how much time you wish to stay. The shuttle should appear every hour. Again, for the money we paid the location is not great. No furniture on our balcony. Why? Small details not present for 5 star.

I really liked the staff in the hotel as well as the pool area. Rooms are very nice designed and clean as well. Their food was tasty.

I think lighting in the room is not enough. Especially in the bathroom. Women would like more proper light when doing make-up. I was expecting the hotel to use filtered water but they said the ice they use is from tap water. Considering the importance of not drinking tap water, I expected such expensive hotel to be careful about it.

1. the hand basin was clogged upon checkin 2. there was no usual irons, so there were limited steam irons available so it took over a few hours for it to be available for us to use 3. I had to walk through the breakfast area to access the gym and pool and people can see you in the gym when they are eating breakfast????

I loved my stay, it was a very warm and welcoming hotel, and the room exceeded my expectations especially at the end of my trip…. the hotel is walking distance to the beach, however they provide a free shuttle service every hour if needed. a very good location and not too far from the hotel.

Breakfast was ok but didn’t like that you had to pay extra for cappuccino/latte etc.

Staff were amazing. Couldn’t be more helpful. The room was outstanding. Better than the photos. The all day breakfast was a great idea. If we wanted a lie in then we had the reassurance that we can still have something to eat. Another bonus with the mini bar being topped up every day.

Not enough storage. Only a few hangers for clothes and 2 side drawers by the bed. We had 2 large suitcases so we had to sort of live out of our cases. No chairs on the balcony was another negative. We didn’t have the best view but it still would have been nice to have the option of sitting on the balcony in the evening

The pool was amazing. The lobby staff were very helpful and always welcoming. The buggy service to the beach was great. The breakfast staff were lovely. We felt safe and secure. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

We had to ask housekeeping daily for our room to be cleaned and refreshed with towels and toiletries. There were not enough coat hangers and clothes storage for our clothes was minimal.

The breakfast choice was wonderful. The pool and location was terrific. Staff quite friendly and free shuttle to the beach. An easy walk home back from the beach.

It was my second stay there but this time my room was at the front of the resort which was quite noisy. Next time I would be quite specific and request a room at the back. We also arrived early not realising that check-in time was 4pm. My error but staff said they would let us know asap and should be ready after 2pm. It wasn't until we walked up at 3.30pm and asked if it was ready, it was advised our room was ready and allegedly it has been ready for sometime. So that was a bit disappointing. Everything else was quite good.

Staff were lovely, friendly, approachable and hospitable, they made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty and the facilities within the hotel were absolutely amazing, that for the first time I spent time relaxing at the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the beach every hour, and the hotel is only a 25 minute drive away from the airport and close to many things such as Kuta beach and many local eateries! The rooms were bigger than expected with a bath tub and shower, you can get a steamer to iron your clothes on request and the prices for food within the hotel was reasonably priced. I would like to say a massive thank you and can’t wait to see you all again!

My wife and i booked and stayed in the TS sky villa for 10 nights recently, we were blown away by the service and facilities of TS Suites, the location was easily accesible located with in 100m of the main strip, laundry shop directly across the streer aswell as convience stores, massage parlours and great food spots. Our villa was on another level, 2 modern bedrooms, a massive private pool (around 10m long) compared to other hotels that provide a tiny plunge pool. Big screen smart tv in the living area that had access to subscription services and satellite tv. One of the most compfy beds ive ever slept on, massive bathrooms and the biggest bath tubs i think i have ever seen lol.. Breakfast was buffet and they didnt disapoint. The roof top pool was incredible with a built in spa area to relax in, plenty of chairs and beds to sunbake on and beautiful cocktails at the bar to top it off. Rooms was serviced daily, sheets and towels changed everytime even if we told them we didnt mind, staff were so helpful and accomodating. Late check out of 2pm was helpful for our late night flight meant we could shower and pack with out the stress of the standard 11am checkout most hotels offer. Will definetly stay there again and again ticked all the boxes.

Only thing i can fault was the lack of light from actual lights in the bathroom and rooms, made it a little hard of a night time to see clearly but i understand why they lack it with so much natural light during the mornings and days provided from skylights and been a roof top villa light passing through the wall of sliding glass doors. Nothing else to fault.
