Location is fantastic for the Old Town and Jardins del Turia. Lots of nice cafe's, tapas bars and restaurant within an easy walk. Hotel was brilliant, exceptionally clean, nice modern decor, large rooms (we had 306), quiet and great AC. Staff were brilliant, especially Pablo, Ferran, Alba, Monica and a lovely lady on the breakfast shift whose name I did not get. Breakfast was good, you choose effectively from a 4 course "menu", great Bol Energetico's and omelettes and fabulous local ham. We stayed 7 nights and would have stayed more! Handy you could use Chromecast to hook up to Netflix on the bedroom TV's and a great rooftop bar

It's a very minor thing but breakfast was quite expensive if you only wanted say a coffee and a croissant some mornings

The hotel offers the best approach to the old part of the city. Itßs a very comfortable Hotel with a very helpful and nice staff. Our price / offering relationship was perfect because we found a special offering. Parking is directly under the Hotel (Attenion: not easy to park with a large car !). Would book there the next time again. Great place. And with the old town nearby all kind of restaurants (for all kind of prices) are nearby.

That we couldn´t extend our stay by another day because the Hotel was already fully booked (nothing negative - shows only how requested the hotel is :-))

Customer service was outstanding from the moment we booked the hotel. All the staff are excellent. They could not be more helpful between offering us coffee/tea on arrival in reception, advising us on local restaurants and nearby attractions. Even offered to park my car when we first arrived. The car park is very tight so challenging but doable. The room was so clean, fresh and very comfortable. And the location was super right beside the park and within walking distance of key attractions. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Valencia.

The property is modern and is situated near to the old town, which is both charming and endearing. Our room (junior suite 309) had a luxurious, opulent feel. It’s maintained to a very high standard and was kept pristine throughout our stay. The reception staff are warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was met with a smile. Breakfast was freshly prepared with good quality ingredients. There’s a variety of choice to suit every pallet. I personally enjoyed the fact that breakfast was available later to accommodate guests who preferred to have a more leisurely start to the day.

Beautiful A la Carte breakfast. So delicious! The staff were, all, so lovely, patient and helpful when I tried speaking Spanish. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, with the toiletries provided were of an extremely high standard. The T.V channel choice was excellent. We were 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral in the Historical Area and the Turia Park was a couple of minutes across the bridge. For you cooks out there the local Carrefour Express was doing an offer on Coosur olive oil (delicious) and you must visit the Market. The produce is amazing.

It´s not a criticism, but an observation. It would have been good to have the offer of an evening meal.

The location of this near brand new (reviewed Sept 2024) hotel is ideally placed, just inside the perimeter of the old town, close to the eating/drinking areas in the northwest quadrant. The staff at the 24 hour front desk were extremely helpful, almost tripping themselves up to assist. I have had larger rooms for my buck, but it is fitted out really well, and all of our motorcycle touring gear was absorbed without difficulty. Huge bed, first class linen, and enough lighting options to host a disco. First class shower, big enough for two, and there was what seemed like a dozen luxury fluffy towels for every occasion. Breakfast was waiter/waitress service and just a little tricky to understand being a type of variable multiple choice, although, again, the staff, who worked the room expertly, were really helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Parking of our motorcycle was dead easy in their secure car park (booked in advance) and hotel security in general was good with a room key-card required to operate the lift from reception or access the stairwell. Rooftop bar, waitress/waiter serviced, added a nice touch with a nice view.

No bidet, but hell, you can't have everything.

Lovely designed spacious rooms with comfy beds. The hotel is located in the old city of Valencia and main sights can be reached on foot. Staff were very friendly and happy to help guest with any questions.

Nothing too bad but I could hear guests above moving furniture around late at night which was quite distracting. I was aware of this before I booked, but the hotel is situated about 15-20minutes from the metro so expect a bit of a walk to get to the metro if you're using it to get to the airport, beaches or the Ciutat de les Artes, but it's the perfect location for the old town and alternatively you can find buses nearby.

The hotel has a very nice ambience and the staff super friendly. The location is brilliant. Straight across the road is a park which has a lovely 30-40 minute walk to the science park which is definitely worth a visit. Turn right from the hotel entrance and you will find some lovely squares and the indoor food market which we loved.

Not much to dislike about the hotel. The only disappointment was the rooftop bar. We were offered a complimentary drink but when we went up it wasn't actually staffed so we eventually left without our drink. This would not stop me recommending this hotel, we would definitely stay here if we visited Valencia again.

We liked EVERYTHING! The beds - excellent, huge, linen perfect; bathroom and shower - excellent; staff - engaging, polite, warm; room cleanliness - perfect; rooftop terrace, you guessed it - excellent. Location is perfect, everything nearby, but still quiet. I could go on but to keep it short: this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. And we’ve been to many places. This one will make you not go home.

Amazing hotel and staff. My husband and I stayed over for three nights with other family members. The hotel is gorgeous and very modern, clean, great breakfast, comfy beds and in an excellent location within walking distance to everything you'd like to see in the city. What made the stay amazing was the staff, all were super attentive and helpful. Ailin in particular was so helpful, gave us great tips for places to see and go to and even helped organised a small birthday surprise for my husband at the hotel's rooftop bar! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay.
