I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this vibrant city. The location is incredibly convenient, with the metro station right next to the hotel and Santiago Bernabeu just a 5-minute walk away. The metro line connects you directly to the city center, making it easy to explore all that Madrid has to offer. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the range of amenities provided. The room had everything one could need, from toothbrushes and towels to a razor, shampoo, and shower gel. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, daily room cleaning service, and fresh towel replacements. They even have a convenient baggage storage service, allowing you to make the most of your day without lugging your bags around.

While my overall experience at the hotel was quite positive, I did have a couple of minor issues to mention. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which might be something to consider if you value more spacious accommodations. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't coffee available in the rooms, as I enjoy having a cup to kickstart my mornings. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things, and they didn't significantly impact the overall quality of my stay.

The receptionist (Raul) was very professional, friendly and helpful and the gentleman attending the breakfast room was also lovely. The room was very clean and spacious enough (double room) and mine faced the back of the property and was very quiet (when the man next door wasn't in his room) The shower was powerful and instant. The breakfast was okay. It had croissants and breads and one of those conveyor belt toasters and it had butter and jams, but the cheese and ham was in single serving spread form, instead of just normal ham and cheese slices. I didn't venture to try the ham paste so I can't comment on those and they might be very nice, who knows. It did have some fruit though. It's right next to the metro with direct line to the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Paper thin walls. I could hear the guest next door talk on the phone, go to the bathroom, snore..

The breakfast was simple but adequate. I wished they had served eggs as well. The room was clean and bathroom size OK. The location was in a self-sufficient part of the city, lots of restaurants and supermarkets, and also just 2 mins from the Estrecho metro station.

It was just basic so we didn't expect too much. If you are driving there, be especially observant and cautious as the entrance is along a busy main road, so you may miss the turn-off, along the bus/taxi lane.

We liked how centric the hotel is. It is so close to the metro, and to places to buy food. We went to Madrid to attend a game at the Santiago Bernabeu, and we loved how close it was. It was a nice 15min walk, we enjoyed doing.

It isn't about what we didn't like, but what we thought we would have like to have. A mini-fridge would be amazing to have in the rooms. When you buy water during the summer months, it would be nice to have a mini-fridge to cool beverages.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location for me was perfect, not too far from the city center, reachable by metro. The area was very nice, good restaurants in the neighborhood, and there is a lovely place a bit further on the street called Paradiso de Jamon, where you get a very good boccadillo with Iberico Jamon.

The walls were a bit thin, so you hear the other guest. But there weren't any loud guests present so for me it was fine.

The hotel on itself was good, location great, staff friendly no complaints there.

I booked the hotel as it has its own parking garage. Fair warning, most parking garages in Madrid are tiny, especially the entries and exits. This one too. I damaged one of my very expensive rims. Impossible to get in the garage without damage if you have a midsize suv. Oh well!

Staff were quite friendly and had a great command of English. The room was very nice and the bedroom and bathroom were of high quality. The breakfast was basic but decent. Location wise it was very convenient.

There should be an option to pay online before paying at the hotel, because I had to pay at the hotel and the price was slightly higher than the price when I booked the room online. I also think the air conditioning in the rooms was quite complex to use and needed better instructions.

The breakfast (continental) was very nice, and the room was clean and big enough for a couple. A subway station is very close to the hotel entrance (20 meters or so). The hotel has a parking in the same building (just by the entrance) that is not expensive (15 EUR/day). Parking there may take some maneuvering, but not complex.

During the nights -specially the first one- we heard some noises (some person was coughing and breathing very heavily: something you may not hear or very low during the day but with the silence of the night... we could hear it very clearly) -in fact, it might come from a nearby building-, but those noises were strong enough to wake us up and keep us that way for some time.

For a 2 star hotel it exceeded my expectations , great hotel with a great location(it's very near to the metro station estrecho metro blue line ). For only 5 euro you have a breakfast buffet!!! Room is clean and well organized. Near the hotel there are a lot of eating spots and grocery stores. Main tourist spots can be reached by walking, if you like walking. I recommend this nice hotel!!!
