Well located for either the football or the centre. Hotel room was fairly basic for a 3 star but very clean with a nice bathroom, certainly my two children were happy enough. The rooms are quiet, with wifi and were cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. The reception is open 24h/24h and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The metro is just 3 minutes down the street and the Bernabau stadium is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk.

The only drinks or food available are with a vending machine. Telephone numbers provided for ordering takeaways. It would have been nice to at least have had coffee/tea facility in the room. However, there is a pleasant cafe on the other side of the road which offers traditional Spanish breakfasts at very reasonable prices (3€ on Mondays and Fridays!).

the location is great . easy to take any kind of transport any where you like to go. also you can find nice places to eat near by, affordable prices. The service people very helpful. they were the extra mile with the service

Not to have more time to stay there a bit longer.

It was a perfect Hotel for our overnight stay before catching a long distance train out of Madrid. An older hotel but clean very comfortable, easy, convenient and with helpful front desk person. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too.

Although had parking facilities which is great the garage was really tricky to get in and out of due to the short time before the auto door closed.

Location: Very well communicated by tube and 5 minute walk from central bus station Plaza de Castilla. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Exceptional location with 2 metro stations nearby that facilitated our transportation to the city.

Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The room came at a good price and had a great shower. The hotel is within easy walking distance from two subway stations and a variety of restaurants and fast food places.

Noise isolation could be better. Bravo Murillo is a street with heavy traffic.

I didn’t want to download the app so I relied on information on their web page. Caught metro from Atocha Stn and got off at wrong stop and had a long walk because it wasn’t stated which stop was nearest to the hotel

the hotel is located in a safe and quiet place and access to Bus, Taxi and metro

There no tea or coffee in the room. No in house dinning including breakfast. When I extended my stay at the hotel by one day, fees were hiked astronomically. I could not change my booking because they were going to charge me for cancellation
