I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was really positive. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. I did not encounter any problems during my stay, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and without hitches.

The point I consider the most critical are the walls. These are not very thick so it is possible that the neighbors can be felt or that they can hear you. ​

I've booked a studio room on the top floor. I have a lot of love for this room. What I love the most about the room is the light. The light streams in all day, and the room is spacious, lovely, and clean. It makes me feel at home, and the staffs are so nice and welcoming. There are a few markets in the neighborhood, it's very convenient to buy groceries. As for transportation to the center, the metro line one is around a 5-10 minute by walk, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Gran Via area, which is very convenient. If I were to travel to Madrid again, I would definitely book this room!

What I really liked is how the room is organised! It's really small but you don't need more space if you are alone. The location is good enough. 2 metro stations are very close, the train station is in 25 min walking which is more than it is said in the hotel description but still not that far. And you can walk near, seems like it is the business centre of Madrid, there are sights here.

Thin walls. Yeah, you hear everything. But what can we do here. Breakfast... will try more variants but so far I'd say it's not bad though could be better. You have variants but it's tea or coffee, orange juice and some sandwich. I'd like some omelette, veggies and stuff.

- The location was convenient in terms of metro accessibility. Literally just a 2-minute walk. - The location was perfect in terms of restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. - Our room was super clean. - We heard zero noise from outside thanks to double glazing. - Breakfast is worth it in terms of price. - Comfortable bed. - Receptionists were always helpful. - Access to luggage storage. - The fake fireplace with illuminating lanterns was a cool, surprise touch.

- Internet connection was not always good. - The breakfast variety was limited to a choice of 4 set menus. - The interconnected cafe' is also open to the public apart from the hotel guests so it may get busy at times. - The hotel could be improved with a little bit of maintenance, but otherwise we were quite happy with the theme of the hotel.

We went into an apartment 1 min walking from the actual hotel. The apartment had all facilities for a short/medium stay (washing machine, kitchen with stoves, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer). The bedroom was medium size but more than enough for a couple, bed was big enough. Located 3 min walking distance from the metro, 15 minutes away from the center. There are at least 3 supermarkets located within 3-4 minutes walking distance

The street itself was a bit sketchy at night, there were often people make small disturbance around that street (although they never bothered us, they were making noise and shouting at times). Overall it was not a problem, but it did bother us a bit the first night

A very comfortable room in a relatively quiet part of the hotel with tea and coffee making facilities, although no milk. Lots of supermarkets nearby and lovely staff providing good breakfast options (including gluten free) in the café downstairs. Easy access to 2 metro stops.

It took quite a while for the hot water to come through, although the chap at the desk recommended allowing the tap to run in the sink in order to reach the top floors. Not very environmentally friendly, but at least it meant a hot shower!

convenience for 2 night stay but quite pricy for the condition of the room. they fixed the air conditioner upon request but it should already be working before guests checked in!

air conditioner not working, dirty oven, not possible to use dishwasher can’t fully open it. doesn’t even have washing tablets for the dish washer that means you have to buy it on your own. towels do not smell disinfected and fresh. room smells the perfume of previous guest. I started to sneeze after staying for 10 minutes. cabinets are a bit dusty. bed a bit narrow for two.

The studio was well designed, clean and comfortable. There wasn't too much noise despite the fact that it was on the ground floor. I loved feeling like I had my own home away from home. The cleaner, the staff at reception and at the hotel café were all friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, healthy and good value for money. There were also plenty of supermarkets nearby to make one's own food and restaurants to eat out.

Great if there was an option to stop the heating, as it got sometimes too warm. An electric kettle would have been perfect. Please replace the frying pan.

Nicely decorated room, very practical and well organised, with an excellent and large bed. The room also featured a small kitchen unit with a microwave and water boiler. The hotel is not located in a touristic area, but perfect in case you have to attend to business in the quarter.

Very minor point: there were only tea bags and no instant coffee in the room

The room was spacious and most importanly the bathroom. It’s soooo clean and feels like I am not staying at a hotel, it somewhat feels like home. If you are in budget and you want to stay in a hotel where it’s clean, spacious and easy access to the metro station, 2 minutes walking to to Valdecederras Line 1 (which stops also stop at Gran Via and Sol), I highly recommend this place. You wouldn’t expect this kind of hotel in the area of Tetuan, Bravo Murillo. We will definitely stay here again 🤗
