The view and the barbecue. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided solutions and on the go assistance. The pool was nice and private

There were roaches in the apartment. The staff had been advised but stated that they don't have any other properties to change us to as they were fully booked. The staff came to the apartment and sprayed the roaches themselves but had also advised that the next time we are booking then we can come to a price agreement.

Very close to the beach and other amenities

The staff did not change the bedding in the rooms for four days even after asking

The location is quiet and very close to the entrance of the harbour. To see vessels going in and out of the port from the comfort of your bedroom is a pleasure. The reception staff were always friendly and willing to assist anyway possible.

Not having enough lighting in the main bedroom. Some down-lighters had blown bulbs. I did not appreciate staying in a dimly lit bedroom. Halfway through my stay, only 1 down-lighter was working out of 4. They must try to make sure they check everything in the apartment to ensure it works well. The frying pan is something that needs to be thrown away as it is completely rusted all over. No sane human will use such a frying pan. Again, it all goes back to the responsible person to make sure they check the apartment that all is well before a new traveller makes use of the apartment.

The coach looked dirty and very old . Also changing the beds could make a lot of difference, the beds feels very old . Also the dustbin was not working properly , we had to open the dustbin with our hands. Also the TV volume couldn’t be adjusted , it was so loud . I am not sure if it was just us of what , but the floors were dirty , just after few walks inside the apartment your legs will be so dark . Whatever happens, don’t include breakfast from this apartments, we had to take our breakfast from a shop nearby, I have never ate bad food like that , it’s not nice , at all

Not enough cutlery. 1 blunt knife, No even sponge to wash the dishes. Even though you pay for cleaning there needs to be at least a broom to sweep. It is self-catering apartments however it still needs the basics.

The Apartment is very spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable.

The furniture is old and worn off. There were not enough Kitchen utilities, so it was hard to prepare meals for 6 people due to the lack of utilities. There was a bad smell coming from the closets in the bedrooms. Sheets were stained and that made us abit uncomfortable.

It was stunning all round - the view, the setup etc was absolutely awesome. It really is a home away from home Parking was great, View was great, accommodation was great Fully serviced daily which was a great surprise and much appreciated.

We booked including breakfast, but didn't work that part out - so we didn't have breakfast. The pot selection in the unit was not sufficient for a 6 sleeper - landed up buying pots but no big deal.

Apartment was very spacious and clean.

The wear and tear were noticeable on some of the cabinetry. No street level visible signage indicating where reception was located. Drove twice around the property before guided to the correct location.

The area is peaceful and quite. I was also impressed with the level of security I really felt safe when I saw the security guards patrolling around and the security system at the apartment.

I didn't like the fact that the was no shower gel, shower cap and soap, the towels were very old and thorn. The bedding was not change, the bed was not comfortable. You only get the coffee, sugar & tea only once on arrival.

needs new bedding , bottom of duvet cover doesn’t close, can see the duvet cover has been used for a long time, looks worn and end was tattered balcony doors don’t lock no mugs, cups provided for tea is too small shower leaks , makes the bathroom floor completely wet, can see this has been an issue for a long time because the bathroom door is warped at the bottom , I’m sure lots must’ve complained looks like an old issue where the shower floor hasn’t been tiled with a slope for the water to drain away in the shower main bedroom bed is too tiny, would recommend a queen size bed , the room size is large again
