Everything was in order from reception to the rooms food was also super good 👌

The difference in price , I locked the price for oak three aloe spa on mobile price ,but when we pay it was difference from the original price of R3,963 I paid R4,633 I was not at all

A quiet and secured location. What a beautiful place to celebrate Christmas. The health spa was great, too. This is a place to visit over and over again. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to compassionately take care of my sick daughter during our stay, which made me so comfortable, and she never missed home. I will surely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Your beautiful water feature at the front did not work, and it looked dry. It gives the entrance a dull image. Your hot breakfast menu is so limited in terms of giving us a variety of choices. However, overall, it was a nice stay, and your staff is so friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and appealing.. The kitchen was making and the outdoor area.

The shower is below the standard of a boutique and the price charged. I was disappointed at all. The super lacks variety and quality of food that a boutique should provide. I was disappointed and regretting having super at the hotel. The cable of your hotel deserves to have a chef who will cook decent and delicious food. The price we paid for accommodation does not match the type of food you provide. It was an embarrassing indeed. further, the strict condition for quest forbidden to have takeaways in the rooms while you provide substandard super with no variety is of great concern and not allowing to have alcohol in rooms it feels. Like we are prisoners on holiday.

The hotel is clean. Staff were cautious and assited when required. The hotel is at center of Hartees and alll excursions were easily accessible.

Breakfast was brilliant, lamb chops great. Staff were very kind and extremely helpful, the staff made the stay very comfortable, they are always willing to assist and made the overall experience great. Clean rooms, Clean bathrooms. Child friendly. Stunning view of mountain. Decor of the rooms and finishes feel modern.

Pork chops was dry, could improve. Add electric blankets in winter, add small carpets around the bed.

The staff are a credit to the hotel. From Pearl, Jeanette, Nkosi and Pauline to mention a few, to the spa staff, everyone is very friendly and courteous. The breakfasts were excellent. Dinner was a delight and we didn't even bother going out for the three nights of our stay. Even bug spray was supplied, although we had our own. Snacks, fruit and water in the rooms were very welcome. Absolute value for money.

The basin and seat in our bathroom could do with replacing. They are showing their age. Maybe a box of tissues in the rooms for convenience instead of having to go to the bathroom and use toilet paper.

The location is fantastic. The room was very spacious. Air conditioner worked great and with a generator there was no load shedding. Grounds are lovely. The onsite restaurant had lovely food and the chef and waitrons really tried to please. We had a lovely massage at the spa. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

This is a well-kept gem of a property with excellent staff that are properly trained in hospitality. The service throughout our stay was very professional. Breakfast menu is great, too. Every request was met with a "can do" attitude and I particularly liked that we could communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp during our stay. The gardens are so nice that one just feels like sitting in a lazy chair all day!

I liked the location which is close to all Hartees activities, the tranquility of the place, the VIEW of the dam ... wow, the lovely garden, the security of the whole place, friendly staff. When we asked for the blanket, it was brought to the room, all appliances work

The menu in the restaurant is too basic but ok, the bathroom amenities were not filled up, water in the fridge not placed daily, no gown and slippers, the couches room set up that is under the TV is odd so I had to keep re- arranging to watch tv.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and the room was lovely, with a view of the garden. I loved the Welcome box with yummy goodies and, when I needed a blanket, one was found immediately. There is an on-site spa, which proved to be very restful. The chicken dinner was excellent, hot food served on a hot plate. The menu is small, always a good thing, and the potato wedges were homemade. There was a good wine list. Would definitely come back again and probably stay longer (I was on my way home).

The breakfast, which is part of the stay, was disappointing as the food was cold. I ordered a sausage, which was forgotten and when it did come, it was so tough on the outside and cold on the inside that I left it. There was also no avocado, which is odd in the middle of the season.
