Not bad, tube station is literally around the corner, Staff very kind and professional. Basic accommodation solution. The bar on the left hand side next to the property is fantastic. It works if you want something straight forward and it would be perfect if it was slightly cheaper. Good overall though.

Clean simple rooms. Don’t expect any particular luxury and you’ll be great. Train station to go to Bilbao’s center is super close. Free parking is generally easy to find.

The area is not particularly beautiful or full of nice restaurants and supermarkets.

Basic room with private bath. Small kitchen available with refrigerator to keep drinks and food cold. No stove, but microwave. Just around the block from a train station.

Room was hot in early September. A fan would have been nice. Also the streetlight shined directly in the window.

Nicely outfitted interior with cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and made check in easy. Location is a little noisy due to nearby traffic and train line, but otherwise nice place to stay a little way out of Bilbao’s urban center.

I had stayed here overnight before, so knew convenient for ferry, street parking and on bus route to centre. This time I booked a room with an ensuite, glad I did. Had to get my QR code printed for the ferry, staff were most helpful in doing this for me, I was most grateful. Stayed in Zorrotza the barrio of Bilbao, great local walk by river, excellent nearby restaurant with Menu del Dia.

Difficult journey through surrounding streets to property, many oneway, even confused my sat nav! Need to be careful with speed limits and cameras - "Basque tourist tax"!

Nice room. especially for the price. Felt very clean and nice to have a sink in the room. Good connection to public transport and in the area are nice places to park.

Bathroom is a bit tiny, because of that the toilet and floor could get a bit wet (dirty) after others have showered. Although everything was very well maintained.

It was all good. The location was excellent, close to the Camino, close to a supermarket, it was easy to find, and the reception person was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was basic yet functional, and the room was very clean and comfortable. And on top of all that, we were upgraded to a room with its own bathroom. Well done!

Perhaps the location..its far from centre .however the metro is very close by and its 2 stops to bus station
