🚫WHATSAPP : Host contacted us after booking had FAILED via Booking.com IE: OUTSIDE of booking.com platform requesting copy of Passports , we had NOT received booking confirmation as there was a glitch ( I screenshot this ) SECURITY: remain within booking.com platform, host ALSO suggested we upgrade ( pay extra ) to a 1bedroom apartment, the one which we had actually booked, suggesting it did not have a bathroom ? Booking host did not confirm our room on Booking.com until after WHATSAPP messages- most concerning!!!!! ALWAYS Stay within the Booking.com platform to be cyber safe O! Will report this activity to Booking.com

Close to the airport but also in a nice authentic, non-touristy quiet town. Ideal for an overnight stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, great communication. Very interesting art piece in the courtyard and nice little communal areas around the building. Would recommend for short stays.

The flat we were in didn't have external windows and there was a window and door next to the bed that didn't have full blinds to block out the light and provide more privacy. The furnishings and decor were quite old and the oven didn't work.

The place was really clean, and the hosts were lovely. The property has a lovely view of the sunrise.

The location is perfect if you have a car, as there is a garage. However, if you want to explore Gran Canaria by foot/bus, you need to prepare for long bus rides. The main travel is to the capital Las Palmas, where you can get buses to other destinations. (the bus stop is within 2 min of the property).

Its a great Hostel. Theres a restaurant in the property open till late what was very good and helpful since we arrived ate 23:00 from the airport. Close to the airport and very good for transit. Next day we were going to Fuerteventura. We only stayed a night in transit. Was great

Breakfast was amazing and everything was new and clean.

We stayed on first floor and there was a lot of street noise at night. Normal for a city but I would have stayed on third floor if I could.

Room were clean and big

Was very empty and creepy vibe to the place didn’t see a soul in the building

Very close to the bus stop,the room was very clean,lift in the hotel.We really liked the decorations where is the lift area and in the room as well.Everywhere feel the airfreshener on the corridors and in the lift!

Lovely place to stay. The terrace is a wonder to wake you up or catch the sun.

No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. That's it.

strong smell of cigarettes in central areas (not the flat), despite no smoking signs. not this property’s fault

I had an early flight and it was very comfortable to stay there. Even there is a bus from the airport that stops nearby.
