This booking turned out to be an excellent choice for me. Everything about the hotel was exactly as described on its web site and fully deserving of its 4 Star classification. Superb location just across the road from the Metro and bus terminal and conveniently placed amongst a large assortment of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Travel on the Metro throughout the city was very swift and easy although the trains could be overly crowded at peak times. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous with an amazing buffet breakfast. I will certainly be staying here again on any future trip to Madrid-

Have travelled extensively over the years and stayed in numerous hotels - absolutely nothing to complain about only a minor gripe about there being only 2 elevators for access to the higher floors - needless to say they were very busy at peak times (breakfast, checkout etc)

The location is near the stadium, the bed was comfortable, room was clean.

I arrived late after a concert at the stadium, the check-in was already done early in the morning and I just had to get my bags and the room ticket. I had 5 hours to sleep. The receptionist insisted that I should fill out a survey on the tablet, even when I explained to her that it was really late and I would really like to sleep in the few hours I have. This bureaucracy could have been done when I checked in or even online, getting rooms at such a time should be quick and efficient The room itself did not have enough plugs to charge a mobile phone and a portable battery

It was my 2nd time at this hotel, and I will book it again if get another opportunity to go to Madrid. Perfect location for a solo traveller: safe wide street. Also right next to the bus and metro station (in 15-20 min you are in the city center by direct metro line). Amazing room with a bath, huge windows and great view if you get one of the higher floors. Last time I was on the 2nd floor, the view was still great, but more in 'I stare at people, and they stare at me' style. Breakfast was generally good.

Very spacious room and bathroom with the necessary amenities for shorter stays like business or weekend. King bed was comfortable for me as I like beds to be a bit more rigid. Tv had more than 70 channels in different languages. Great check out time at 12:00. Big windows that let a lot of natural light in. Breakfast had a decent variety of dishes, both hot and cold and fresh fruits. For the price paid, it was better than expected and hotel staff where all very friendly. Extra plus for quick check in.

Since the hotel lies just next to a busy road and bus station, if you have a room towards that area, it's quite noisy until late hours, especially on weekends.

I really love the location. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to Chamartin station, buses and metro. There is also a taxi stop less than a block away. Easy to get to the airport and to Madrid's main attractions. The room was spacious and the room was comfortable. I really like the inner door between the actual bedroom and the entrance, it really keeps you isolated from any noises when sleeping.

The hotel is a bit old but in good conditions

I like the hotel lobby, and the staff, spotless and smell good. Very close to train station Chamartin, Metro and bus. Around the corner of a museum, and restaurants nearby. Good views from the top floors. LOVED amenities in the bathroom, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap!

I didn´t like to have two small beds in one bed. We keep falling in between. Why don´t just put a full size bed? Also when I booked the hotel, breakfast wasn´t included.

This hotel has an excellent location in Madrid, very close to some great transportation connections. The metro and bus station is across the street, and the c h a r m a rtin train station is only about four blocks away. The rooms are spacious and have mini bars, safes, and other good facilities. They have a great range of TV channels on their cable, including BBC and NHK news.

The water from the bathroom sinks is quite slow. The breakfast at 14 euros is quite on the high side. And the hotel raises its rates from day to day. When I asked about the rates for an additional day, the rate was quite High.

Everything was nice, tidy and clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, the buffet was varied, the water was hot, and it was close to the metro and bus station. Most important of all is the friendly, kind and helpful reception team, and everyone speaks English

I cannot say that there was anything unacceptable, everything was good and very comfortable and I am sure that in my next visit to Madrid I will stay in the same hotel.

The staff was helpful and polite . The check in was seamless. The proximity to public transportation was excellent. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great.

The hotel could use a renovation. The carpets in the public areas are stained.The hotel was a little outdated.

Room is as advertised. Really appreciated the normal wooden doors for the bathroom instead of the typical annoying glass doors we got in other hotels. Right next to bus and underground line so easy enough to navigate and reach Madrid's center. Staff was the nicest we've had from another 6 properties we rented out across Spain.

Mattress could have been more comfortable, but otherwise no issues at all.
