Bathroom. Clean and comfortable, Location is great, well communicated with public transport, especially if you come/go from/to the airport (only 4 stops, direct line). Nice area with shops and some restaurants nearby. Not crowded, not noisy. Room is very good pricewise. Air conditioning working great. Refrigerator was a good thing to have, nice to find a compliment bottle of water upon arrival (but you can drink Madrid's tap water, it's very good). Comfortable bed.

Bathroom. the space inside the shower is a bit limited. Room. I liked having a terrace, but would prefer to have a higher separation between my terrace and the terraces on right/left, to give you more privacy. Garbage is not separated, so everything (plastic, organic remains, paper...) goes into the same bin/bag. I know this is quite common in many hotels, but there must be a way to try to recycle.

It has very basic ammenities but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very near a subway station.

It's in a relatively newer building (compared to mostly old structures in Madrid) and is close to a Metro station that has direct access to the airport. The staff were helpful.

The bottom portion of the shower door has no rubber seal so when you take a shower, the water splashes out into the toilet and into the bedroom. We had to use the towels to hold the water. I didn't have the time to complain and request for a room transfer since we only found out about it when we took a shower at night, and we only stayed for one night. I hope they notice this flaw and will fix it soonest. Except for this, we had a good stay at Roisa.

I like the place because its easy to access the bus or taxi .its near almost everything.

very clean and stylish rooms, big balcony, very friendly staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms, perfect value for the money. Sound proof from the street noise. Just in front of the building is the bus stop 51 that brings you directly to centre and metro station Colombia is on a 5min away from the accommodation

the walls are really thin, so you can hear everyone who is in a corridor or in the next room. Unfortunately some guest were rather noisy late in the evening / night

Internet connection was perfect and the receptionists were super friendly giving me the possibility to work few hours from the quiet but cozy vending area in the hostel. Undoubtedly hostel has top location in Madrid.

The area is loud with lots of traffic, still the room was quiet for its central location and a bit of smell in the bathroom from the canalization.

The rooms were clean and simple. The bathroom adequate but not cramped. All aspects had a modern feel. Close to the Colombia metro station on the No. 8 metro line just 4 stops from the airport. The surrounding area had numerous eating places and bars at night. Good blackout curtains.

TV was just music radio stations, no actual TV. The walls a bit thin and some noise from other rooms and the corridor could be heard.
