The location was the best.possible. Centre of the city, Easy access to everywhere.. Get a bus route map and everything easily accessible. All of the staff were super helpful and always available to assist. Breakfast was enough to start the day. Good quality, even it was the same every day, but it's a business and it needs to be sustainable. Next time in Madrid??? I would definitely stay at the Madrisol. Don't miss Toledo, you will remember it forever!!

I couldn't list anything that was bad. The outside noise is what happens at night in the city, no hotel would be different, I was tired, I slept, the outside noise didn't stop me from sleeping.........

The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city. I really liked the breakfast (I like Spanish breakfast very much), although probably the variety is considered low for many. The quality of the breakfast is great, though. Staff was always helpful.

The location is also a drawback little bit: the city is full of life and noisy all the time. I stayed there during July, when Madrid is pretty warm. I prefer usually to have the windows open during the night and let fresh, cool air in when sleeping. However, the street was too noisy to allow me to sleep this way. But there is air conditioning, so it can be solved.

We had street facing room, so a but noisy but then again it’s central Madrid. Not the cheapest option, maybe a little overpriced for what it offers but compensates with the location. Careful ordering Ubers and taxis, it’s located on a narrow little street so you will wait forever until the car arrives. Better to order the car at Plaza de Canalejas - 4 minutes walking

The location . The staff were very welcoming, warm and helpful. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff there.Smiling faces.

The noise was worse than I expected..didn't sleep very much. Towels looked old but they were clean. Bed felt lob sided.

Location was in Centro/Central Madrid. Right next to tons of dining, bars and nightlife. Very close walk to many places and short drive to quaint places outside of Madrid. Within a 2-25 min walk you can be almost anywhere in downtown Madrid. Who needs breakfast and in house dining when you can step outside for anything you need. We did love the location that allowed us to get a true feeling of Madrid city life for the 3 days we were there.

There aren't a lot of amenities, no breakfast, this location is for travelers who want to get out of the hotel and stay out. The rooms and bathrooms are small. Keeping in mind this hotel is in the heart of Madrid it is not expected to have all the many amenities for people who want a quiet luxurious stay. It did the job and the staff were exceptional in helping any way they could.

Very central location, all main attractions areas are accessible by walk. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. We got a good fare rate too, with breakfast included.

The place is very central so the counter effect is that at night it may be noisy. Depending from the location of your room, but there are a couple of clubs pretty close, so for ex. rooms at 1st floor may be noisy. Uber/taxi prefer to get a closer picking up point instead of coming directly at front door.

Attached restaurant had excellent Continental breakfast, with very friendly staff. Hotel staff were also very friendly and courteous. Room had balcony type doors opening onto the street - I prefer sleeping with outside air coming in. Beds were comfortable. Washroom was clean and there was lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. About a 5 minute walk from a big plaza, 10 minute walk to another big plaza and subway station, and surrounded by restaurants and bars and independent retailers.

Nice little hotel close to the centre of Madrid, 4 minutes walk from Sol. In a little side street there was plenty of character. It's a small property with limited public rooms and a nice cafe which served a good, typical continental breakfast. The room was not huge but perfectly adequate for a few day's stay, nice and clean with a soft bed, We speak no Spanish and all the staff were very patient and helpful.

No fault of the hotel, the street life outside goes on into the small hours. Fine if you can sleep through the shouting and vehicle noise, on the Saturday they stopped at 6am.

The location is amazing..

The hotel is located at a noisy district.. lots of bars.. we couldn't sleep well at night because we had to keep the balcony door open to get fresh air because the AC doesn't work in May according to their policy..

Location excellent plenty of bars shops places to eat the hotel was very clean maids came daily breakfast basic but nice and staff very friendly we stayed on roof terrace as we up graded but well worth it for the view and to sit outside as other rooms Juliet balcony air con was fantastic and shower was good can be little noisy during the night but your staying in the city centre so take that into consideration also brush up on little Spanish before you go would definitely stay again

Stayed on roof terrace the only thing I suggest is a parasol for shade as gets very hot little sun trap also would recommend a table and chairs to sit at rather than a bench against the wall
