The hotel is pretty, thematic and lovely decorated. It does give you a good feel when you walk in. Staff is AMAZING, every single person we dealt with was very helpful and cordial always with a smile on their faces. They have a lovely courtyard where you can sit to have a drink, coffee or just relax. Hotel is clean and very well kept, good comfortable beds and pillows and nice shower with plenty of toiletries.

BREAKFAST ! what an awful experience. Apparently is not run by the hotel itself but oh dear, that is not helping the overall hotel experience. Not greeting when you come in, actually not sure if there is even staff looking after the breakfast, the food seemed to have just left served buffet style, not very appetising one might say, tables left with all dirty dishes, nobody to clean, so just be lucky to find a table with no dishes and do a DIY job yourself serving your food and coffee. It was really sad that the breakfast experience ruined all the good things about this hotel. They also have an independent restaurant which serves nice food, we had a lovely steak in there and good beer, good service. The rooms are on the small side but they are still good.

We arrived at Malaga Airport just as the city was sadly flooded. We were due to go to Sevilla by train the same afternoon but that was impossible as the station was flooded. We booked into this hotel as soon as we could and waited for a taxi. We phoned through and the staff were so helpful in ensuring we got there as easily as possible. They warned us that their restaurant had to close early due to the flooding (as had most of the airport) so we were able to eat before we arrived. When we finally got a taxi after 3hrs they were really welcoming and the staff had brought in food from home to allow the guests to have something to eat! The hotel is really comfortable and clean, and our room was really quiet. So needed after a stressful few hours (although nothing compared with what the local population have gone through). Good value breakfast buffet.

If you were staying here for long, there didn’t appear to be anything ‘touristy’ within walking distance. It’s very much a comfortable stopover although if you had a car you would be fine.

The hotel is extraordinary; it looks like an old castle, excellent decorated, that brings you the feeling that you are right in the middle age story. The personnel is very nice, helpful and supportive. Our room was a normal 12-14 sqm area, very clean, always (daily cleaning by hotel staff). It is also a quiet place but with outdoor swimming pool facilities, very stylish as well. Breakfast and "by order/ a la carte" restaurants have very good food and enough choices offered. Location is close to the airport (20 minutes by car) and is close to city center as well (20-25 minutes drive).

What a wonderful hotel. Magical. The staff were exceptionally nice. One exception. Checking out at 4am - the receptionist was a bit rude. This hotel maybe in the middle of an industrial estate but once you enter the hotel and the grounds you are transported to a beautiful setting. Obviously a car is essential. We stayed two nights and loved it. The warnings about the breakfast we heeded and took the advice to go to the next door restaurant. 14 euros for two and we both had a fabulous ordered breakfast. Buffet in the hotel was 20euros.. Same with meals in the restaurant. Amazing service and value.

Location is not great but I already knew this - once you’re in the hotel you forget about the location! Easy drive into centre of Malaga.

The hotel was lovely . Staff were friendly and welcoming, beautiful sitting area with plenty of palm trees and fairy lights at night , it was our favourite spot. The pool is decent sized , very clean , the breakfast was lovely however there is not much option of cooked English breakfast.

The hotel is in an industrial zone and the transport is difficult if you have no car, have to rely on taxi, uber etc . No cooked breakfast if u are late getting ready in the morning. No place to dry the clothes after pool .

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Amazing decor and ambience. Communal areas offered lots of seating and spaces to hang out. Pool area was comfortable and offered a range of sunbeds, upright seating and tables for your belongings. Good range of food items at breakfast with the option to eat at the restaurant next door. Free parking outside the hotel. Easy to locate. Amazing shower - warm and powerful. A window in the bathroom offered additional ventilation. Housekeeping was available each day - so fresh towels every day!

There is no iron in the room. Had to be collected from reception each day.

Last minute booking and near to airport for our early morning flight. Loved the ecclectic decor and cleanliness of all the public areas. Staff were very efficient and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean, good air conditioning and had everything you needed, even down to disposable toouthbrushes. Tea, coffee, bottled water, extra towels provided. Near to highway but very quiet. We ate in the restaurant and were very happy with the service and food. Prices very reasonable. Fantastic steaks in the display chiller, but didnt choose one as we had steak the night before. Next time!

Room set up as a triple, although we had booked a double. This reduced the available space but as it was only one night we didn't mind. No view outside window (just trees). Sun loungers very uncomfortable and in of need replacing, also not enough for number of guests.

They have a 24h reception and are located near the airport. Convenient for a night stay if you arrive late. We arrived 00:20 had to pick up our car and checked in around 02:00. Spacious and modern room. Hotel is built like a castle with high walls. Lovely in yard with lounge, separate pool area. We did not pre order the breakfast but we're offerd the breakfast upon check in again for same price. They also offered to go to the bar in the morning and just order a coffee as alternative. Parking was outside and still enough space a ailable. Very good price for a hotel that nice and convenient. We could arrive, relax and did not have to worry to drive to Córdoba in the late night. Also perfect the night before you fly back.

It is a beautiful hotel, with character , full of colour. Wery well decorated ! Has an internal garden with places to sit, have a snack, or just chill. Despite the heat outside, inside the temperature was pleasant. Rooms ample ,clean ,beds and pillows comphy. Good food and service in the café. Lovely swimming pool, and it wasn't crowded at all. Lucía and Jose in reception were extremely helpful 👏, very kind, and friendly ,excellent service. I would definitely recommend.

It is not in the city, need a car or taxi to get to the centre.
