Clean and quiet studio apartment located at edge of the old town made for a perfect location for our excursions. Excellent, knowledgeable and kind concierge (Gema) who gave us wonderful tips for bars and restaurants.

Fabulous location in heart of the Old Town, close to restaurants and main sites. The decor is authentic and has touches of Moorish feel enclosed within a courtyard with mosaic tiles setting the scene of Spain. The sound of water creates a cooling feel at the end of a hot day exploring the myriad alleyways and drinking local wines. Gema our host is fantastic with local knowledge and was always there to assist and advise. Gena made us feel highly welcomed. Our apartment was secure and highly comfortable with a small pool. If you wish to experience all Seville has to offer , this is the place to stay.

The property had no faults and was excellent

Superb location convenient for getting everywhere we wanted on foot. Beautiful property. Very clean, safe, comfortable and everything we needed in terms of facilities. The kitchen facilities were very handy (dish washer, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine). The member of staff (Gemma) that greeted us and showed us around was delightful. Gemma was very friendly and helpful in terms of explaining the facilities and providing recommendations for restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Everything was superb but if there was one area to improve I would say the roof top could be smartened and the swimming pool was not really large enough to swim in. It was more of a plunge pool.

Fantastic location and a great combination of modern design with peaceful courtyards and period features. We really liked our room and it was convenient to come and go with a passcode instead of a key. The kitchenette was well equipped, the living room stylish and the bed was huge and comfortable. The shared roof terrace was a tranquil place to hang out in the late afternoon, and overall we had an excellent stay.

Soundproofing to the street outside could be better, although the double glazed windows were all new and well maintained. We were woken up in the night by drunks in the street and also building work, despite having windows, shutters and curtains closed.

Absolutely stunning accomodation: suberb finishes, very polished and easthetic, a palace-like patio, and also very cosy and comfortable. The pool is small, but when not too crowded very enjoyable, offering a greece-like holidays feeling. The appartments are well-furnished and have everything that you could need. On top of this the location was perfect, everything was literally within a 5 minutes distance. The hosts are extremely friendly. Gema particularly was incredibly nice, proactive and helped us navigate what the city has best to offer. We felt welcome, safe and very relaxed during our whole stay. Highly recommend.

The property interiors were designed thoughtfully and stylishly, and keeping to the culture of the city. The room we stayed in was large and good for families with young kids. The staff are very helpful. The location is very close to attractions, within walking distance. We were also able to relax at the rooftop!

Wish the swimming pool is heated so guests can dip and relax. We understand it's not a proper swimming pool but would have been nice if it can be heated so guests can use it. We stayed in November. Otherwise, the property is superb.

This is a beautiful property set in central Seville. The apartments are tastefully decorated and well appointed and the reception and house cleaning team are so friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely worth considering if you want a base in the city with facilities to prep your own basic meals alongside eating out.

The cooking facilities, whilst present are basic - an induction hob and microwave but no oven so stove top meals only (it does say this in the description) - so you’ll need to use your imagination. I also feel like there are so many better options than the ubiquitous Nespresso capsule machine, but that’s picking nits!

The atmosphere of the entire hotel was so beautiful and soothing. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, also the shutters allow the rooms to be completely dark and quiet overnight. Staff was very very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was private and quiet but very short walk to lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, sightseeing, and anything you could want.

While getting ready for an event we noticed there are no floor length mirrors in the rooms, no irons/boards or steamers in the room although irons are available at the desk, and not a lot of storage. It was still spacious, well lit, and worked great for our purposes however.

Perfectly located in the heart of Seville, pristinely clean and tidy and with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful internal courtyard and beautiful roof terrace with the addition of a small gym.

We purposefully booked this accommodation as it clearly states it has a swimming pool open all year round. We were extremely disappointed on arrival to find this is not the case and the pool was empty, apparently due to the time of year. Also, our ground floor apartment, whilst beautifully appointed, had no natural daylight which was quite claustrophobic. All available windows opened directly onto the internal reception area, so opening the shutters meant trading all privacy.
