Fabulous location, amazing staff and a lovely breakfast included 😀 So many restaurants and bars on the doorstep and Ruzafa is a great area. Also very walkable to ciutat vella. Definitely the staff were the highlight though, so helpful and accommodating. We had an evening flight home on our last day and when we came back from our last few hours out exploring and we had been drowned they gave us access to a room to get dried and changed.

The only slight downside is that the room was quite small, there was 3 of us in a quadruple room and was rather tight, but we weren't really spending a lot of time in the room anyway

Very well designed, small rooms but functionally done to get the most out of the space without it feeling cramped. High ceilings with lovely floor to ceiling drapes helped. Good sized bathroom. I had a corner room on the 6th floor which boasted a terrace twice the size of the room, I absolutely loved that! It added a table with chairs as well as two lounge chairs giving me loads of space to enjoy. Location is nice, plenty of options nearby and only an 8 minute walk to old town.

The head of my bed was against the wall to the elevator. There are only a few rooms on each floor, so it wasn't often being used but it did wake me a few times. The room had a kettle, mugs, tea, sugar, stirrers, and decaf coffee. But no regular coffee or creamer. I called the front desk asking for some and was told they don't provide coffee in the rooms because it's available in the restaurant (for free). But why furnish all the rest and not provide the most commonly wanted part? That was odd.

Location is in Ruzafa area, about 700m from the tourist side of town. Lots of resto and bar where valencians hang out... from paella resto, fusion, filipino resto, supermarket and coffee shops are available within the vicinity of the hotel. you can borrow the hotel bicycles too for free.

If youre a tourist who wants to go the attractions, the location of the hotel is about 1km away from it. 800m away from train station..(Estancia de Nord) Not an easy walk if youre hauling a big luggage.

Breakfast was really good and well presented. The bedroom, whilst small, was bright and sunny, the AC worked very well and there was plenty of storage. The bathroom was very well appointed with great lighting, a powerful shower and good toiletries. The location is excellent, very convenient for 2 stations, bars, cafe's and it felt safe to walk around. It is also easy to walk from the hotel to the main sights, Old Town, Central Market, good shops and the parks. The hotel also offers free bike hire.

Our second visit to this hotel. The standard is very high. The room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was perfect especially the rain shower. Very comfortable and huge beds. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices for everyone's needs. Location was perfect for reaching the Train/Metro station, in a very quiet location but walkable to the Centre and all the attractions. Staff are all polite, friendly and helpful. Well recommend this hotel.

The room (17 m²) was a perfect size for our 6 day holiday: modern, high ceiling, comfy bed and a nice modern shower. The breakfast was varied and the coffee good. The location was also perfect for reaching the old historic center on foot. There are nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel.The hotel offers the use of free bicycles (simple), which we used twice, to explore the park and coast line (46 km). The staff, esp. Miriam, were so informative and helpful. We appreciated the friendly manner of all the staff!

Everything was perfect! We arrived late at night and a kind receptionist was expecting us. The room was so quiet and the beds so comfortable that we could sleep until late in the morning! The bathroom was so clean and modern with decorative tiles! Right in the heart of Ruzafa, we could get a coffee or drink in a few minutes. The hotel is a 20' walk from the city center so we could move around on foot. Valencia is such a beautiful city and choosing such a good hotel made the whole experience wonderful!

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were kept very clean. The breakfasts were good but limited.

The street noise from our room regularly woke us up. The bedroom had limited furniture such as no drawers in the cupboard, The door key was very, very inefficient and the TV had poor reception

An exceptional Hotel in every aspect. Staff were welcoming and friendly in every department. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exemplary. Room was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate with excellent shower. The provided little extras were a bonus and a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with a number of options hot and cold and healthy options. A very well thought out hotel catering for everyones needs. The hotel is well located to the Metro/ Train Station with easy link to Airport and within walking distance to all the attractions. I would certainly stay here again.

If I could have stayed longer....

This location is absolutely great. The Russafa location was 1/2 block from the bus to the central market and a 10 minute Uber to the Main train station. The area is filled with phenomenal food opportunities. This is a great value. Clean, adequate, great service and help/enthusiastic staff. The building is old but has great updates. We did not get the breakfast option because there were nice places within walking distance to get food.
