Nice spacious room with separate living room/bar with windows on three sides including ocean view of Guishan Island. Plenty of parking in hotel lot across the street.

Breakfast (included in costs) was okay, but nothing to shout about. Had to wait long time for eggs (steamed/蒸蛋) to be replenished. Had to self bus dishes which seems a little tacky for a hotel of this size.

Because of the typhoon there were some problems during the stay, the hotel staff took my concerns seriously and were very accommodating.

The facilities were very clean and the room was big. The inside was very modern and I enjoyed the hot spring fed bath.

Hot spring just in house and late night meal is really nice. Living here two days and they do change some breakfast dish. And on the 4 floor have a balcony that you can see sunset or sunrise here. The best thing is that you can rent a bicycle there (two hours for free)

The hot spring need take about 20mins(the water will turn hot after 20mins) and the cleaner is not careful I saw some hair after she cleaned my room. In the night time still can hear some noise from outdoor even I close the window but the room is too nearby the high way. Notice it if you are light sleeper.

I would make a few menu changes to accommodate foreigners- the menu definitely needs adjustments.

The location is nice, closed to the museum. However, you could hear noises from the corridor or the room next to you if they are a little bit louder. Otherwise, everything is fine and it meets its value.

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and to a particular restaurant, where we were joining an event on Friday evening. In this sense, the hotel was perfect for this purpose. Lobby and breakfast area was comfortable and pleasant. The property is reasonably new.

Front desk staff spent most of their time with their heads down (presumably on their phones). Not super friendly. The bedroom layout was not very optimal. We had a sea view, but the only part of the bedroom with a view was in fact, the bathroom. The bedroom was behind the bathroom, and not directly exposed to natural light. The mattress was quite hard. Overall, the stay was okay, but just a few things keep this property from being exceptional in a good way.
