I was scared incase we were in amongst the noise, and the reviews were relatively low. I would honestly come back here, each place is one villa block, it's on a hill, with steep stairs, I'd say a 10 minute walk into the happening area and 15 to pier, but you don't realise because all the shops on the way. There was no noise at all other than when people went to bed, no music or partying I was here with my child aged 10 and would definitely return again- it's very basic but very cheap. WiFi was fantastic

Really comfortable. Nice and quiet. Good sized balcony which we used to dry our clothes. Really nice infinity pool too with amazing views.

This property was a real positive surprise for us. Reading other reviews about walking up a lot of steps worried us, but those comments were so exaggerated. It’s slightly outdated walking around the reception and to the pool, but the room and pool were amazing!

Amazing value for money, super comfy beds, lovely pool with a great view and really kind staff. The location was about 10 mins from the main area but it was so quiet and peaceful every night.

There was an issue with cleanliness in the room, however, it was resolved within hours of reporting it at reception and we had a great experience after this 😁

Great location that is a 5-10 minute walk from the main area of Phi Phi. When walking from the town area to the hotel, there is a section about 100 meters in length that is a very slight incline. The steep hill people talk about is a concrete sidewalk that has slight steps etched into it and is only about 15 steps long. It wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone with limited strength and mobility. The staff were very nice and accommodating and cleaned our room when we asked (they don't automatically clean every day but will when requested). The pool area is clean and very nice to relax in the shaded lounge chairs or swim.

The room is very cozy and clean. the staff are so kind. Above all I can see the sea and the views from a room are so beautiful. It's so near to the town that I could go to the restaurant, amenities easily.

In my case, there's nothing. If you ask the new towels, they will give you them.

The girl at the reception tried to help us with everything we asked her. The room was located on the 1st floor, with a balcony and a very nice view to the sea. Spacious room, clean and bright. Just what you need to relax after a full day!

They let me Check in 2 Hours before the actual Check-in and Even helped me with my 20 kg suit-case! We got water and coffee for free, had an AC, warm water and the place was quite, no Party Noise :) Just the other drunken tourists were loud hahaha

The pool area was beautiful. Our hut was older but clean. Located in the middle of the town so you can go either way to restaurants and beaches. Staff were very nice.

This hotel is basically on the side of a small mountain with stairs or an uphill climb everywhere.

Nothing… it was as expected for what we paid. Basic but we just wanted somewhere to get clean and sleep every day and that’s what we had plus beautiful views and smiles everywhere

Amazing views! Away from the main loud part of Phi Phi. Great shower power, air con, great pool and big bed.

The way to the pool, was down a bumpy path, over a high ‘curb’ kinda thing & past resident houses to get to! Didn’t feel part of the resort.
