Amazing location! Seriously so convenient. Walked to the hotel from the pier - and the hotel has immediate access to the Loh Dalum Beach. Though a bit dated, our room was clean and spacious. Our room was on the 3rd floor - we got lucky and had a great view of the pool area/beach. Breakfast had great variety and the food was tasty! Note - there must be some sort of club nearby. We could hear music until early morning. Didn't bother me, but might be a bit annoying for people who are sensitive to sound. Also, it was a walkup to the room - can be a bit difficult to carry up or bring down your big suitcases.

This hotel NEEDS a refreshing. A lot of little details damage the perception. Like everywhere we have been in Thailand, systematic littering makes streets, forests and beaches look like open dumps. It started literally at the edge of the hotel. So you are in a classy pool, and your eyes linger on a disgustingly multicolor ocean of plastic waste 2 m away... In a country were workforce is so cheap, can not an upper hand hotel like cabana invest a few bucks in cleaning its surrounding ? Actually it is a shame. All in all, the price was high compared to Thailand standard

The breakfast was not great. Bacon was gray and tasted old and like old oil that hasn’t been changed. Pancakes were set. Fruit wasn’t great. Juice was cheap and super sweet. The hotel was in need of renovations.

Very bad communication with the hotel before arriving, I was contacting them for almost a month to ask a simple question and they answered just before arriving. Water in the shower in our room ranged from OK to non existent… we had to call as we couldn’t take a shower. Temperature was very unstable. This was not a problem of the hotel per se but music from places nearby ( and not so near) was extremely loud until 4 AM. Very hard to sleep. I don’t understand why Phi Phi allows this.

The facilities were very nice. The pool overlooking the beach and service was good.

There were too many mosquitoes and the very loud noise at night from the bars. I think the hotel needs some soundproofing.

We booked this hotel mainly for the view, and we were not disappointed! I’ve seen some bad reviews here complaining about breakfast and updates that the hotel needs to do, but honestly, everything was in great shape. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable—you’re really only going to be sleeping there, so I don’t see why there should be complaints. The breakfast was great, offering a good variety to start the day off right. The pool and the views were absolutely stunning, and even from our terrace, the scenery was breathtaking. The gardens were gorgeous and well-kept, and the beach was just outside the hotel, which was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location is great—close to everything, and the area was peaceful. One of the highlights was renting a kayak right from the beach. We paddled to Monkey Beach, and that was an experience I highly recommend, especially in the morning before all the boats arrive. The only thing that worried me initially was how to get there, so we booked a ferry, but it took quite a while. On the way back, we booked a speedboat, which was super fast and almost the same price, so I’d recommend that option. The hotel is literally a 2-minute walk from the port. Would definitely come back!

Nothing really bothered us during our stay, but there were some mosquitos. Our solution was simple—we ran to 7-Eleven, bought some spray, and used it before bed. We didn’t get a single sting, even though we saw plenty of mosquitos flying around.

We had seen recent reviews so was really worried out our stay after booking over 6 months ago . We were tempted to find alternative accommodation due to the recent reviews . We are a family group of 13 people 6 rooms . We loved our stay at the hotel , the location for us was amazing, the view from the pool was spectacular. The rooms were noisy till about 2am as you can hear the music from the beach ,this would be the case at the surrounding hotels too , we were not to bothered about this we did get to sleep . The beds were quite hard and admittedly the rooms do need updating especially the bathrooms . We enjoyed the location that much so we could live with this . Would definitely stay again

We had a deluxe room with a stunning sea view looking at the bay. The noise from Slinkeys bar 300m away on the beach (the local nightspot) was not too bad at night, although they did give us ear plugs at reception which thankfully were not needed. The swimming pool and patio outside are beautiful with fantastic views of the bay. The breakfast each day was very good and varied, you even had hot milk for the coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face and they kept the hotel and grounds spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel as somewhere to stay on Phi Phi island, It's location is superb and only 200m from the ferry. The porters helped us with our suitcases too and from the ferry. There is lots to do on the island with tons of bars and different types of eating places plus lots of exchange shops and ATM's. We stayed at the hotel for a week to recharge the batteries and it certainly worked.

The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were both a bit dated, Phi Phi itself was packed with daytrippers which was to be expected over the Xmas period. However the pervading smell of sewage from the drains on the main streets was constant and literally got up your nose. It does make you wonder where all the sewage actually goes. A week is too long in this small island but it was also great fun.
