They borrow you kayak and snorkeling gear for free. If you wake up early in the morning (the fish start to be active after sunrise), borrow the kayak and go snorkeling, you will see more fish than on an overpriced snorkeling tour and you will be the only one there. Beds are very confy

Location good to avoid noise and for amazing view but path to get to the location tricky in the dark. Could feel isolating for single travellers esp female

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we had the warmest welcome on arrival and throughout. We received fresh towels and bottles of water every day, which was a lovely touch. The view from the balcony is one of the best I have ever had, and I think the sunset is the beat you can find in all of Phi Phi! The bed was very firm, which is perfect for me and the air con was good and kept the room cool. The sound of the sea is beautiful from the room!

The music from nightclubs across the bay travels and you can hear it most of the night. This didn't bother us too much and we were able to sleep through it easily. The walk is a bit tricky in the evening after dark, and would be hard if you have a lot of luggage. For a short stay it's quite fun and we spotted a lot of wildlife on the way!

Staff is nice and helpful. You have a beautiful view from your little terrace. You can see the bay, the sea, the sunset. Small bungalow, low price, everyday you get drinking water and cleaning services.

It is really close to the main town of Phi Phi Island and if you like some peace and quiet this is a no go. Parties are until 2 or 3 AM, so if you have to catch an early boat to go diving it's a problem. No wi-fi, which is not a problem, just a slight inconvenience.

The place is amazing! But yes- it is located far from the main streets and one the route is not very easy (for me it’s a plus). And yes- you can hear loud music from beach bars (unfortunately a poor quality music 😅) and yes - it could use some renovation. For all who does not care about aforementioned- the place is amazing! It has great view and amazing stuff!

Incredible view. Staff went above and beyond for me, walked me to the nearest shop and let met me use their kayak. I fell asleep and woke up to the gentle waves crashing. The rain also sounded soothing on the metal roof. Hot water, tea and coffee facilities in room.

The path to the bungalows is a little tough to navigate in the dark but worth it to be as far away from the awful party beach music as possible.

I am a banker and my partner a Dr, and we loved it. It's very basic, gives you a very authentic experience, superb value for money. Rooms were clean and the view is absolutely amazing, plus they have a kayak you can use. The staff are the best in Phi Phi. Aircon is amazing, no WiFi which lets you connect to the sounds better. Far from the noise but close enough to walk, you need to be reasonably fit for the walk

The views were just amazing. The path leading there is not at all as bad as some of the opinions say - as a matter of fact, it was great to walk it in the evenings. The noise is a bit overwhelming but I don’t think it’s quiet anywhere near the beach anyway. Bungalows have all necessary equipment, there are holes in the walls tho so you might want to take your own mosquito net (the ones provided might be fine too but I rely more on my personal one).

The trek to get there primarily,other places have signs nailed to trees etc but not this place,big issue when you are lugging bags and it's 37 degrees,the uneven path wasn't an issue for us but would be dangerous at night if you didn't have a torch and had a few sherbets.i will try and post a photo of where you turn left off the main path.You can acess the water from your hut,a bit steep but can manage if your reasonably agile.high tide is easier.

Of anywhere I've stayed, I never thought wow so much as I did walking up those steps to my little hut on the hill/cliff. The view is breathtaking and other hotels are offering around triple figures for a view like that. When I look around, I'm sure it's in the best of all locations for that view, let alone the lowly price you pay for that million pound view and worth the slight trek to get there. At the end of a day or night, you're chuffed you're going back there. I booked 1 night initially, extended it to 4 for whole Phi Phi trip, no regrets. What else, kayak rental 4 mins, 7-11, if you walk like me it's 5 mins.

I liked every bit of it and anyone like myself will too. It is a basic shelter with all you really need (food delivery service also) but the view is something else. Sat out there on that balcony... Unforgettable, made even more dreamy with shmokes. Slight trek through jungle to get there but adds something to it for me. Nearest shop 5 mins, you'll need a light to get back in dark if you like your ankles in one piece! Me, skipped over it all obviously! Yes the beach party is happening, you probably knew this before you booked and if you can hear it here, you can the expensive rooms too on much of that area. Made me want to walk down there if anything, so I did one night, watched it for a bit and went back to be fair when they popped an Ed Sheeran remix on.
