Scenery view from the window and beautiful place. Well cooked tasty breakfast. You can choose one position from the menu. Free water/tea/coffee. Lovely family staff will help you with a smile)

Quite far away from the pier, and the last 50m are most complicated, because the hotel is on the hill. But honesty it was not as scary as we imagine it after reading other reviews. The music from the beach was loud, you should expect this. My advise is to participate in a party. After this you will sleep like baby!

Staff are super helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile. View is stunning from the bungalow.

Steep hills and 20min walk to the place. Bed and pillows are bit hard, but thats personal taste.

For the price cant really fault this place. view was terrific and far away from the noise below.

beware of the very long walk to this hotel and the stairs up to the rooms, alright if your a teenager or sober, but middle aged and slightly drunk its a nightmare lol.

The room was clean, comfy and quite spacious for a couple. The ac worked pretty well so if you want to stay in your room during the peak sunlight you can. The bathroom was clean and had everything you may need.

One thing that definitely is worth noting is the noise. It's not quite as people described it. It's not terrible but you will definitely notice it till 2am. All the bungalows are facing the beach where the clubs are located so it gets worse that as if you were located near the clubs but from behind. In case of those bungalows they are literally in front, though across the sea. Also the location: it's not bad, yet its not perfect. It takes you 15 minutes by walk to the city centre. If you're fit you're fine, definitely, otherwise choose sth closer.

The view is breathtaking, the staff is super nice and they have great breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay!

The loud music until 3am everyday made it hard to sleep, of course that’s not the hotel’s fault but good to know if you are like me a light sleeper.

it must be said that the beach party disco bar in the bay is not really close, but it is so loud and somehow the acoustic environment is such that the music is very loud and there is a party every night till 3-4. It's hard the first few days, but then you get used to it. This is a problem for those who would like to go to bed on time and do not like sleeping in noise. Luckily I had noise canceling headphones with me...

The view was very beautiful and the people very helpful. They carried the luggages all the way up on the hotel and brought them down on the check out. Breakfast was good with different options. Location was nice because it is within walking distance from the pier and the centre.

It was tiring walking up the hill for these few meters. Also, the neighbourhood had many trash around. However the space around the bungalows was well taken care of. Also, the noise from the parties on the beach was even vibrating the bungalow. And the windows didn't have glass cover, so it was even more poorly insulated.

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were really nice. If you are looking for a location further away from the main strip then this is perfect and great value for money for Phi Phi islands. The little bungalows are great and have everything you would need, air con worked great and have a big balcony to relax and take in the views. Would definitely come back here! They also carry your bags for you from the pier which is great.

The property is at the top of a very steep hill so would be hard for anyone with mobility issues. Also very loud frogs on a night but actually didn’t mind as it drowned out the noise of the music coming from the town. Would recommend earplugs if light sleeper

Lovely view of Phi Phi. Breakfast was amazing. The walk from the port is not bad at all - a member of staff came to the port & put our bags on a trolley. The shower was good plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned every day.

Nothing major - but could do with better sound proofing as we could hear the music playing. You may have a visit from some monkeys🐒 - they didn’t stick around for too long. The staff shooed them away but this just made our experience of Phi Phi a lot more memorable

The stay was out from the busy popular places on phi phi. The staff were friendly and took our luggage back down to the pier after we checkout. There were good options for breakfast. Nice walk back to the room in the evening (steep hill but didn’t bother us). The showers were cold and never heated up but it wasn’t too much of a problem as it was needed. Mega air con, it was that good it gave me a cold. Decent size room for 2 people.

Only downside was the mosquitos at breakfast time around the seating area. Doors to room was a bit worn (lock was duff). At night you can hear the music coming from the bars on the beach but this is uncontrollable as it probably affects every hostel/bed stay.
