The hotel itself was great, everything was brand new and very clean and cute. The room was a good size for one person and the air conditioning was very powerful (I was there in a heatwave!). Staff were friendly and carried my very heavy suitcase upstairs for me. :) They have coffee and snacks available all day which is nice too.

Personally I didn't like the location, the area around the hotel is a bit unwelcoming to tourists, and as a woman you get harassed a bit on the street (although it's still very safe in general:)) It's only a 5-10 minute drive into town but Bolt/Grab is more expensive in Phuket, so they will charge 250-300b one way. Otherwise you can walk 20 mins but its not really advisable in 38 degrees heat! Would be totally fine if you have your own scooter though

I can’t rate this place highly enough. I was supposed to stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 6. It’s in a great quiet location, just 5 min drive from Old Town center. Everything is new and clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need and is cleaning daily upon request. There are snacks and games and they often offered complimentary Thai drinks. The staff is beyond friendly and sincerely want you to enjoy your time. They recently starting opened this place and are doing everything right. I would happily return if I come back to Phuket.

The hotel is new and for the money it’s amazing. The location is near the Phuket city center 5 minutes away if you use Grab bike.

The room was located on the third floor and hotel doesn’t have the lift. That was the only downside, otherwise the hotel is amazing and the staff is really kind!

This is a very nice hotel close to the city centre. We loved the interior - clean and simple. Our room was quite spacious, with a wide bed and comfortable desk. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was fun to watch the chameleon living in a big terrarium in the lobby. There is a great cafe nearby which opens at 6 am. I really appreciated that there was a good hairdryer in the room! Overall, great value for money.

The hotel is located on a "massage parlor" street. The location is neither family-friendly, nor quiet. The hotel provides earplugs, though. There weren't any amenities except for shower gel and shampoo, not even soap.

Very kind and helpful staff. Overall very clean, the hotel and the neighborhood is pretty. Comfortable room and bed. Neither close nor far from the old town, nearby park, etc (10-15 min on foot). The hotel is easy to find. Close to a 7-11 and a good Thai massage place (Naya Massage, ณาญา).

Beware as the hotel has no elevator, so avoid if this is a requirement. The adjacent street with massage bars may be an issue for some. Though not loud, there were some noise during the night, at time, from outside cars and music. A bit expensive.

The rooms were clean and felt airy. I really like the deco and the common places. I travelled with my sister so it was great to be able to have a space where I could work, read and chill by myself. The hotel always smelled amazing. I loved my stay and would gladly book again if I were to visit the area. The pricing was more than fair in my opinion.

The lack of soap to clean the hands in the bathroom. At night, it was not totally black in the bedroom because of the light in the doorway. Nothing major seeing I found a solution for both issues quite easily.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the decor was nice and modern. Comfortable beds and Netflix is a nice touch. Staff were also very friendly. A small breakfast and bottled water were provided for free, and there was free drinking water in a jug in the common area at all times. The location is around a 15 minute walk to the Old Town although it was too hot when we went in May so we ended up taking a Bolt, which can add up. Overall, the rooms were great value for money and the staff were very friendly, but would recommend earplugs for sleeping.

It can be noisy at times at night and wish the rooms were more soundproof. Would recommend to go when it is less humid and hot so you can walk to the Old Town.

This is a newer property or newly renovated We stayed 4 nights the property was very well organized and very comfortable the price was very affordable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and very attentive and very professional and trustworthy we really appreciated how easy it was to communicate The room is fabulous it design is modern the bed very comfortable Netflix on smart tv included staff kept it very clean and respected our privacy when requested they where very attentive and proactive very nice climate control in room very comfortable feeling The location we felt safe walking around even at night you can rent scooters or take a taxi to the strip we opted for the exercise 1km walk 20 mins one way The lobby has a little confectionery area items such as beverages and snacks for sale and nice seating area in lobby and 2nd floor to hang out very comfortable Small continental breakfast served free in morning and free coffee available in lobby also If you want a safe, modern, comfortable stay at a very affordable price and Great Customer Service then I recommend Chamemon Bed in Old Town Phuket we will definitely return if ever back this way!!

The hotel is brand new, they just opened 4 months ago. You can see the effort and feel their heart in the hotel and service. Everything is thought out, the details of the design in the rooms, the common area and lobby where they even have 3 Chameleon. Free water, snacks, fruits and a small breakfast are offered for free everyday, which is just a little plus. Staff was always attentive and helpful. Renting a scooter no problem, the staff will help out and call someone. We rented a scooter for a few days (225/250 baht per day).
