It was our first time travelling together as a group of friends. The locals there were so friendly and welcoming. The owner of this Inn was very helpful, informative and friendly to guide us throughout our stay on how to communicate with the locals. You can ask him anything and he will show you the best places in Phuket! The accommodation was decent and truly suitable for people who are considering budget travel.

The bathroom light was a bit dim and there was no hairdryer provided.

The property is close to market and walking distance from old town. The owner is very polite and friendly.

Don’t keep your open food items unattended, red ants will catch them.

My stay at Pacific Inn was really great! I stayed there for just one night in a private room. Everything was very clean and in order. The owners are really really kind and helpful, they allowed me to check out early in the morning without any problems. The location is also great, centre located in a quiet area, but still not far from pubs and the night life of old town. High recommended.

Great location, only ten minutes by foot to the old town and close to some very good and cheap restaurants. We also visited a nightmarket nearby which was great. The owner is the friendliest guy and really made this stay a 10/10. He gave us great recommendations and useful information for our trip. The value for money is also great, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wifi wasn’t good in our room but if you really need it it worked well in the lobby.

Lovely and helpful owner. Great location for old town and Indy market for food and music (recommended by owner) Park nearby for a jog. Aircon was good. Shower good.

If i have to be picky, the pillow was quite stiff, the road a bit noisy and storage not great but we would return. For the price it's excellent

The location is perfect, motorbike rental close by, places to eat on the corner and old town 15min walk. Staff was wonderful and more than accomodating and helpful. Cleaning lady did an amazing job after a day at the beach (felt like sand was even in bed) but she cleaned everything perfectly. No elevator though

Hotel is 2 minutes by walk from big mall , Mac Donald , KFC, fish local market , fruit market , 20 meter from local famous restaurant that makes sweet very very tasty for cheap price , 7eleven is 2 minutes by walk , 5 minutes by walk there is a place , direction to main center , you can eat very sweets dessert and ice creams, you recognize it bcs there are 10 girls pink dressed working there , in 7 minutes by walk you reach main center where with local blu buses that go to all famous beaches , the hotel manager is POP , he is very very kind and helpful , he is always there to help you , he is unique , like a friend and real tailand person , this hotel will be my base in Phuket lifetime …..

Comfortable, clean and pleasant stay with friendly owner! AC works well and bed mattress was comfortable (not hard) and full (not flat) pillows. In regard to other reviews, they were no ants in my room. Wifi worked most of the time. A 15 min walk from the Old Town and bus terminal 1. Best part was getting detailed advice on where to go from Pop (owner)!

Pay in person with cash only

The hotel owner is amazing, super friendly and polite, goes out of his way to help people. When I learned that the property only takes cash, he suggested that I check on booking.com to see if I can pay online since others have done so (I checked and it wasn't possible, but it was nice of him to suggest it). I arrived quite early (around 9:30AM, which is way before the check-in time of 2PM), but he said as soon as the people for my room leave, he'll ask cleaning to clean it immediately (he was apologetic for not having the room available at the time I arrived, which he most definitely did not need to be because it was way earlier than the official check-in time!) and let me have the room ASAP (turned out to be ~11AM, awesome!). He also gave me a room with a window even though the room I booked didn't have one. I also asked about how to get to the airport, and he suggested many options. Later in the day, he stopped me when I came back and told me since my flight is so early, those options might not be the best so he can call his friend to see if he would be available to take me (if I wanted to do that) - he went out of his way to think of this for me, to watch out for me coming back to the hotel so he could tell me this. Wow. Talk about customer service, this is absolutely the right way to run a business. On top of that, the room was nice (though basic) - great AC, reliable Wifi, quite a spacious room. Bed was comfortable as was the pillow.

Cash only if you're paying at the hotel. There were a few tiny ants around the bathroom sink but nothing too terrible, and the water for the shower was a bit small. Fine though! Shower area was also a bit small but doable. No elevator so beware if you have lots of luggage.

the location a was superb, there was a 7 eleven nearby, robinsons shopping complex, halal food was very nearby , there was 5 halal food stalls nearby, so it was so convinient, these were all pointed out by the hotel staff which was very helpful,

the wifi at the floors were not stable, if they could put a water dispenser that made hot available would be very good so that we don't have to go down to the lobby to have some hot water at every floor.
