Lovely little bungelow with a great view of the ocean. Theres also a nice view from the pool & the common/breakfast area. The staff were sweet and helpful, and Pepe (who looks a tiny bit like jack nickolson) has a knack for making you feel welcome and at home.

Everything! Quiet, private, but can be social, the view, the staff and the property. This place was great for an escape and the staff go above and beyond.

Nothing. The WiFi is available at the restaurant and pool which makes it nice to unplug. I did wish there were screens on the windows of the rooms. It would be nice to have them open without letting in the mosquitoes. Download the Line app for communication in Thailand. There is only 1-2 ferries a day to the island. You may need to spend the first night on the mainland to catch the ferry the next day (Trat or Laem Ngop).

Pepe and his staff are wonderful hosts! We stayed in a very decent room size which had a super comfortable bed and stunning view. It’s worth waking up early to see the sunrise from the hotel pier - just take a few steps down. Yummy breakfast, great pool, and good location. Koh Mak is a small island and you can easily get to different restaurants and beaches from Seabreeze Resort.

There is no beach at the hotel. However, it’s by the water (very clear water) and you can swim going down the stairs of the pier.

Really enjoyed our 5-day stay here and could have remained indefinitely. The pool and view is excellent, view from the rooms, very spacious, good air conditioning, warm water, able to rent a motorbike directly at the resort, and good breakfast with choices. The owner, Pepe, was present and enjoyed chatting with him. Rented a kayak down the road (at his partner’s resort) and had a great trip out to Koh Rayang.

Nothing not to like. You need a motorbike here as it is out from the restaurants, but I’d want one anyway no matter where I stayed to visit all the sights.

The swimmingpool was just perfect. Nice (warm) water and amazing views.. the bungalows were very good with a nice view and all basics (safe, frigerator, airco). Nice staff and good service. The resort was a walking distance from the main road with restaurants. Only one we found with a good selection of vegetarian food (food art hut) about 20 minutes walk.

We were not able to tune the airco at a convenient level (too cold and toomuch wind, even at 28 degrees)

Amazing place. Love love loved it! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They gave me a bigger room simply because it was available, and it was so good they wanted me to see it. The owner is lovely, we had many nice talks at the bar, and breakfast was super nice and more than enough. I was also picked up from the pier and brought back when I left the island again, and even dropped off at the shops by bike when I needed to get some groceries! The girls working there are the kindest! I really got the feeling that I was on my own little part of the island. It was a quiet time, and especially in the evening I just floated in the amazing infinity pool (warm, well maintained and with a view to remember) and pretended the place was mine :-) I will add the view from the toilet in my bathroom, as it's the best. What a hoot! I'll definitely be back next season, Pepe, miss our talks.

Sometimes it was a bit of a bother that it's far away from places. The next restaurant or shop is about 15 minutes walk, and I don't do well with bikes. The owner did offer to order me anything I wanted an have it delivered, so I could have had that solved easily, but I had already done some shopping in the daytime, so I didn't take him up on it.

Excellent value for money. The property is currently under new management and the new 'owner' is looking for ways to improve the business. They have already introduced some ideas to reduce plastic waste which is great! The bungalows are very comfortable and in a good condition: equipped with hot water heater, air con, small fridge and coffee/tea making station. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant serves decent breakfasts. There is also a nice size pool and some sun loungers. The view from the property is amazing! We simply loved our stay.

Unfortunately there was no Internet/wi-fi during our stay. But there are some restaurants/cafes on the island where you can get free access.

Our stay was excellent, highlighted by the extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, a pleasant swimming pool, reasonably priced beer, the convenience of scooter rental, a complimentary small breakfast, and an ample supply of towels. Also, soap and shampoo was refilled which isn’t always the case in Thailand. A special thanks to Pepe and Thong. Hope to see you soon again

Nothing. Direct beach access would be a nice plus but the island is small, so you can reach any beach within a few minutes by scooter.

Beautiful pool, good location ,but need a bike. Staff very friendly, they pick up and drop off to pier on request, tea coffee etc in rooms. Water also , they supply water bottles and you just keep refilling them, so us don't use too much plastic. Beautiful sunrises views from bungalow are amazing.

I didn't realise there was a steps down to the bottom bungalows, quite a few, so if you have a problem ,ask for a bungalow up the top, which is what I'll do next year.

The view from the rooms and the restaurant is just stunning. The place is peaceful and the pool is just perfect. There's no food/dinner available, so the scooter is a must but they arrange you one. Also thumbs up for the re-fill water bottles for each guest. Also did appreciate the self service drink-fridge! The staff is amazing; thank you for making us feel so welcome Pepe and the team!

It does feel a bit pricy, but loved my stay
