The location was great, as was the hotel and the room except no ocean view.

I requested a high floor as it was my first time to the Gold Coast with an ocean view, I was told I had a guaranteed ocean view, preferably in the same tower as friends checking in the following day. None of these request were actioned. When checking in, I was not made aware of any services, access to areas, lifts off after 9pm with no signage. Better communication is required.

minus the first hiccup with the previous room, Upon speaking with the staff in the morning as we arrived so late further accommodations were made and our rooms were changed, and WOW we were soo impressed while we came down a few level i much preferred the view from the second level looking over the lap pool. the convenience of having both a kitchen and Coles right below the hotel made this location the most perfect stay for us as a family of 4

When we originally checked in the first room was not great at all, from stickies on bathroom walls, mould in fan, and holes in the ceiling it was not ideal start to the holiday. but all was changed and staff were greatly accommodation

This was the best family holiday accommodation I have stayed in. We stayed in Ocean view room 3bed 2 bath for 4 nights. 2 adults and 5 children with 1 roll away bed which we didn’t need to ask for as the staff organised it plus a spare towel. Ho, at reception was so friendly and let us check in early at no extra charge as the room was free. The best features are: location- central to everything including Coles and restaurants under hotel, ocean views, pools- indoor, outdoor and the lagoon with bbq areas for cooking dinner while kids have a swim. Spa x2, gym, games room, sauna in indoor pool area bathrooms. We had no problem getting a carspot for our hire car every night right near the lifts.

Shame that the outdoor spa was not working at the lagoon and needing repair.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. There was a supermarket at the base of the building and two more within easy walking distance. These were plenty of restaurants in the area. We had a two-bedroom apartment that was well designed with a good sized kitchen, dining and lounge area. The two bathrooms were clean. Our unit was on the 7th floor, the lowest level with apartments so the view was not brilliant, but we were not bothered. The building is on the tram line which we did not use, but which was might be useful for others. On arrival our TV did not work, but a quick call at reception and the maintenance team were able to fix the problem within 30 minutes - great service.

The lifts could become very crowded at check-in and check-out times but you learnt to avoid those times.

The location of this hotel is second to none. It has incredible facilities and was easy to access. I was worried with several reviews stating the rooms were old, unclean, and outdated. However, I found this not to be true. The room was big, bright (floor to roof windows), and in excellent condition. We had a minor issue of a request for a cot and high chair that didn't cone through the system. The team at the counter sorted it at the time and bought them up to our room. Couldn't recommend the mantra anymore. We will be staying again on our next visit to Surfers!

Stayed two nights in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in tower 3. Location was excellent. Parking was easy. Staff were great, gave extra towels. Indoor pool was nice and warm.

Wasn't the cleanest, floor was a bit dirty. Some of the mirrors in the apartment (there is a lot) were smashed and broken, had to keep the kids away from the sharp edges. The louvred sliding doors were broken in the main bedroom, was difficult to open and close them. Spa bath had been "decommissioned" by the owner. Indoor pool was a little dangerous, lots of missing tiles and trip hazards with a witches hat sitting on top of it. Overall needs a bit of an update/clean/safety audit.

The location is perfect walk to everything and with a coles,hairdresser, nail place and food right downstairs so convenient

We got woken up by a huge fight at our door the staff where rude and unhelpful with the situation. Blood still visible all day my 2 young kids heard the fight seen the hole in the wall twice with blood all still over the wall, It was left like that all day. Not once where we contacted to ask how we where or if we needed anything was very disappointing

The check in and checkout process was very efficient. Our room was very clean and the indoor pool was heated to a good temperature. We stayed on the pool level, which meant we weren't required to take the elevator to our room. Staff were friendly. I love that there is complimentary guest parking, as well as complimentary parking for visitors (5 hours max).

The vanity plug in the bathroom was missing. There are also no recycling trash facilities on the floor. To throw your recycling waste, you would need to use the bins located on the guest parking levels (2-4). It would be good to have a place to dispose of your recycling on your floor.

Good location for work. Convenient to amenities. Kitchen and lounge areas had been modernised compared to other apartments I’ve stayed in at the same hotel. So was more fresh feeling.

Filthy bathroom, clearly just been rinsed for at least the last month. Needs a proper clean and a good bleach wash. The shower area had hair, old soap and shampoo from previous guests stuck to the walls, and lots of mould all along the shower door track, bottom of screen door and between tiles. Was pretty gross and really just spoiled the feel of the rest of the apartment which was clean and neat.

The location was perfect. Couch was comfortable in one unit, terribly hard in the other unit. Apart from when we check-in the staff were friendly, willing to help. Getting more kitchen supplies and toilet paper was easy. Extending our stay and a linen change was easy. Plenty of nice hand, hair and body wash.

Pillows were terrible in both units. Seemed to be an issue with our booking when we checked in making us feel anxious as no explanation was given. Couches in one unit were very hard.
