THE SLIDING BALCONY DOORS ARE NOISY

We really liked the room, it was big and comfortable. We appreciate the water in tha room. The breakfast was also nice, a lot of choices. On our last day we had an early flight and they gave us a breakfast box to go. Really recommend to stay here.

Staff not friendly. For some reason, they charged twice the tax than was shown in my booking and that I’d paid in other hotels in the area (4 euros as opposed to 2).

The room was very spacious, comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bed was large and soft but firm. The room was very clean and tidy every day. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options, including natural juices, etc. The staff were always very attentive and proactive. Checking in at reception was quick and easy. The baggage handler, who was proactive, helped us with our bags when we got out of the car. We arrived very early due to our flight and had no problems keeping our bags at the hotel until our check-in time, so we could start enjoying the city. The hotel is also located close to the metro and metropolitan train, and has many bus options, and is not far from the airport.

The elevator is a bit small and sometimes slow, but this did not affect our comfort. There is sometimes a line for breakfast, but it is not very long.

Great hotel and good location, close to the airport and metro stations. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were cleaned every day and had some special items, such as a bidet. They offered breakfast but it was not included in the price of the rooms, but excellent breakfast. The staff was very professional and helpful.

The parking was hard to find in front of the hotel, and we got a ticket just as we arrived because we had not realized that the parking spaces in front of the hotel were reserved for taxis. The hotel had a parking on the side but it took some time and help from the staff to find it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Roma, and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—close to the Humberto Delgado Airport ( 10 minutes by car), Centro ands Arena Vasco da Gama. The breakfast spread was vast, offering a great variety of options—fruits, eggs, different kinds of bread, sweets, and more. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, featuring an amazing king-size bed. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff truly go above and beyond to attend to guests. I give them a solid 10/10! This was our first time at this hotel, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lisbon.

The hotel is close to the airport (10 mins with uber, only 8 euro) The luggage room was a big help for us - you can use it before the check-in or after the check out as well The breakfast was amazing - from 6:30 to 10:30, with a lot of options: ham, cheese, fresh fruits, juice, coffee, etc. The 24 hours reception and because its close to the metro stations, its a good choise if you spend only a few days in the city

There are rails under the window and you can hear everything from the corridor, so it was noisy The room was a little bit old, but it was better than what we expected from a 3 stars hotel

Rich breakfast, comfortable room. Get Lisboa Card to hop on public transport (funuculars, even Santa Justa lift are included) and free / reduced admission fee to many of the sights.

Long waiting time for the elevator (2 out the 4 were unavailable due to maintenance) Hotel situates further from the key sights as I expected based on others' comment. So in reality the Monastry is more than 1 hour away from the hotel. Count on long travelling time to sights, they are not in walking distance.
