I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Increased security measures are needed to prevent overnight theft, such as the recent theft of my car's windshield wipers. 2. The building could benefit from an additional elevator to reduce wait times. 3. Extending breakfast hours until 10 am would be more convenient for residents. 4. Installing more washers and dryers would greatly enhance the laundry facilities.

Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean. Housekeeping took care of what we asked them to and left alone the bed like we asked them to.

The only problems I had were the elevator sounds, the smells, and the bathroom lights. The elevator sounded like it would stop working at any moment, possibly even break and fall. The elevator, the 4th floor hallway, and the room smelled musty and really gross. The room only smelled mildly musty (which we were able to get used to and not notice after a few minutes being in the room each time), while the hallway was overwhelming musty with a mix of other scents I couldn't identify or describe other than not good. The elevator was less musty smelling than the hallway but it was a different mix of musty scents then the hallway. The lights over the mirror in the bathroom in our room flickered and some of them went out, which more annoying than anything else.

We were in Dallas for spring break and decided to stay outside of the downtown area. This was one of the recommended places to stay. As a family traveling, we were very satisfied with their accommodation. The hotel staff were very nice and always greeted us in and out. The lady at the front desk was professional and was able to assist us with some of our questions around the city. The special offer price was definitely a value savings for us. We had a King Suite and the size was exactly as described online. The bed sheets were clean and the refrigerator kept our food and drinks cold. Overall, we had a great stay at Comfort Suites Plano and we recommend them.

Staff (front desk, cleaning, and breakfast) were all very friendly and helpful! Saw lots of smiles, which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the extra space in the suite. Enjoyed the hot tub. Appreciated seeing a lift for those who need extra assistance getting into the pool.

Pool was smaller than expected from the photos, but we were grateful it was opened and temp was nice. Parking was a little crowded. Spaces were always available, though often further away from entrances.

Very spacious rooms that were clean and everything worked. I also loved the coffee maker and nice size television. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

The continental breakfast food was not to my liking. The little sausages were undercooked one morning and the bacon was way undercooked the 2nd morning. The bagels, juice and waffle makers were all excellent.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast decent.

The floors are poorly insulated so the patron below me was less than enthused when we arrived around 10pm after a 13hr drive.. request the bottom floor if traveling with children so that you don't get threatened with removal after paying for your family's stay.

This is my second time getting a room at this location, both times staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were very clean and neat , beds are comfortable. I would recommend this place anytime

The only thing I didn’t like was the side door to come back the hotel keys did not work to come back in and had to come back through front door which is not the end of the world

just got a bagel and juice but everything looked fine. Nice big area to sit and relax and nice TV there also Very clean and nicely lit area for breakfeast

Honestly the place exceeded my expectations especially considering the price of room a really excellent value

Very cozy, clean, and reasonably priced location. Staff was super nice. I had my grandkids with me and they placed me in a room where their jumping around wouldn't affect others.

I picked this hotel because of the pool for my grandkids. It was shut down almost all of our stay. Disappointed of course.

Sadly, the breakfast was no longer what it had been in the past. The staff did a great job of providing a sack breakfast (kind of like a sack lunch). With water, croissant w/egg cheese & sausage - some days had yogurt and other had granola bars. It was good and satisfying.

Noise. Since the doors to rooms do not auto close - a lot of people slam doors - lots of kids running halls very loud talking. It felt as if people had no consideration of others. This is not the hotel's issue - I think people have grown to be very self-centered with no care of how their noise affects others.
