The breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Lisa is an excellent host, she greeted us every day, very knowledgeable, nothing was too much for her. She ensured we had everything required.

During breakfast one morning there was no milk in the urn, when mentioned to one of the dining services personnel, rather than get the milk herself, she shouted across the dining room and ordered Lisa to fill the milk urn. Lisa was busy attending to a customer at the time. I found this rather rude and that Lisa was not respected for the work she was doing. The other person was not doing anything at the time. A special thank you to Lisa, Ashley and Ali for their support.

A big thank you to Lisa who welcomed us on Christmas morning for breakfast. She was wonderful, even remembered us on the following two mornings. She showed us to a table and helped us with the allergen list as I am allergic to milk. Well done Lisa for making us feel so welcome and for giving up Christmas morning with your family so we could spend Christmas with ours. Thank you.

We were not told there would be no housing keeping or where to get extra milk, coffee, etc. We were advised to pay for parking in full on arriving only to discover that on some of the days it was free. Reception staff just say 'not our land' which really is not very helpful.

Lovely clean massive rooms lovely comfy bed great bathroom local supermarket just around the corner. Great staff very friendly and courteous. Great bus link to the outlet center gunwharf. Lovely shower toiletries and fluffy towels housekeeping were so lovely nothing was to much trouble.

Only a couple of things the breakfast wasn't great 1st day was like you'd think there was no food people just being greedy and taking so much food. We had to wait ages for the food to be replaced it was ridiculous it was like the end of the world. 2nd day it was cold so we didn't bother again. Secondly just a small security issue I feel needs to be addressed my door key stopped working on the 2nd day went to the desk and explained what had happened told her my room number what she should have asked me what was the name on the booking instead she just replied oh yeah Nicki isn't it I could have been anyone not safe practice especially when your a lone female traveler, if you're gonna hand out door keys for any room.

Comfortable hotel value for money, staff so friendly and accommodating where possible. Car park very safe at an extra charge, but safe with CCTV monitoring all. Due to limited availability on foods available staff tried there hardest to accommodate my specific dietary needs, lovely staff 😁

We asked for a room near to reception and once again were allocated one on second floor right at back of hotel. This always seems to happen when reservation done through booking.com it would appear if you go through hotel website you do get a choice with rooms. Will use this method in future, rather than booking.com

We have booked two rooms as we were attending a wedding. We needed to check in a bit earlier so we could attend a wedding at 3 o'clock. The staff were very understanding and let us check in earlier. How incredible is that? Rooms are spacious, clean, the same with the bathroom, an excellent bed, and a good-sized TV. breakfast was great and there is an excellent coffee machine. What a great hotel at a bargain price. The next morning, our daughter had a medical emergency. The housekeeping and lady from the reception, Nina were extremely helpful and got us through the difficult time, and we cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this hotel. What a wonderful team who run this hotel. You are so professional and real humanists. Real credit to the human race. Thank you so much.

No faults

The staff were absolutely brilliant! They went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed & were so helpful! Ali, Dan, Nina, Jess, are but a few of the staff that went above and beyond! (there were more but I've forgotten everyone's names!) Such a professional, accommodating helpful & friendly team were working during our stay!

The breakfast shift on Saturday was a bit of a nightmare, disorganised, short staffed and not everything was available for the breakfast that day. I felt for the staff! The design of the showers in one of the rooms we had wasn't great and the bathroom almost flooded after use! The glass didn't stretch across the shower far enough to stop the water running out onto the bathroom floor! Felt bad the floors were so wet!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful making booking in very easy, the room facilities were good and serviceable. As we arrived late after a long day travelling, it was nice that we were able to relax in the hotels bar before bed, which after 5 days of travelling and sharing, it was nice to have a room to myself that fitted my needs. Breakfast was very good, to the point I had to restrain myself on portion size.

Having to pay a separate parking fee on top of the stay, and no additional security for your vehicle, being a Motorcyclist, it would of been nice to be able to park in front of the hotel, not just for security but for transit of multiple items of kit, I was very lucky that my room was at the front of the hotel, so not to far to walk with kit once inside the hotel.

We found all of the staff to be very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. In particular 'Erin' on the front reception desk was particularly great. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she did her absolute utmost to make our stay as memorable, pleasurable and seamless as possible. She is a shining beacon for the hotel chain and should be rewarded in any way possible. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful (although the bacon and the has browns were usually rather greasy).

The prices for the bar are ridiculously extortionate. Whilst is is 'normal' for prices to be inflated when you are a 'captive clientele' (although that doesn't make it right - it is simply profiteering) the prices here were too expensive to allow for the normal persons budget. A little less greed please. The breakfast toaster is not functioning properly - it doesn't toast the bread on the first pass regardless of the setting it is put on. This means that the queue grows and grows because people have to put through twice.

Easy to find and park. Pleasant check in staff. Large clean room with comfy bed and air con. Nice to have tea / coffee in the room. Breakfast good with waitress Lisa very friendly and helpful, does make a difference. Good value for money overnight accommodation.

Would have been nice to have overnight free parking. Should be more than one parking authorisation terminal in lobby. (Customer in front of us in the que to use terminal confused by technology and insisted on having about six attempts to register and pay for parking) did cause some irritation by those waiting.

that you were escorted to your table in the morning at breakfast ,bed is large and comfortable, and the large room also . we would stay again

all though I payed for the car park when we arrived at 16.oo hrs , but then we went out at 17.00 hrs to go see my mum and arrived back about 22.30 . we left the hotel about 10.30 am in the morning . Two weeks later I had a car park fine for £100 phoned the hotel in which they sorted it out for me , I am not sure if it was a one off mistake by the machine and the camera it was 15 minutes of unnecessary stress .
