Lovely little kitchen, comfy beds and a great bathroom. If you have any mobility issues, be aware of the stairs and shower-only bathroom. I loved stepping out the door and being right in the center of everything. For my mother with mobility issues, it made for easy access to all the main sights.

Little noisy, though as to be expected for a town centre location. I wouldn’t mark the property down for this, or exclude it from your property search as this would be the same for any similar property. Parking is difficult, even with a blue badge, as the nearest spots had a 4hr limit. But if you’ve taken a coach/train, then this would be a non-issue.

The apartment had a cosy atmosphere and felt homely. I liked the decor very much. The location was perfect, very close to the baths, spa and abbey. The road in front was under repair so there was no traffic so it was very quiet. We could hear the foot noise from upstairs from time to time, perhaps as they came in but they tended to keep similar hours to us so it was never bothersome. Plenty of places nearby to buy supplies.

It was great that you could leave your cases at the "nearby" Harington Hotel if you arrive early but I didn't look to see just where the location was, I assumed it was within eyesight. It isn't and we should have walked an entirely different route from the station. It wasn't quite as convenient as expected but the staff there were very helpful and it was nice to get an early start on the sight seeing.

The staff at the main office for Dream Stays was exceptional. My son managed to lock himself in the bathroom (a part of the door lock was broken), and the staff rescued him quickly after my call! They also brought about a missing remote control, and were generally there for whatever we needed. The apartment itself was in an amazing location and right in the heart of everything in Bath. This was one of my favorite condo rentals for my family while in England!

We had to wait a bit as we were an hour early, and had to drag our bags through the streets to the main office to wait. That said, we found a wonderful pub while we were waiting so it all worked out!

Really lovely, comfortable, well equipped flat that is in a fantastic location for the centre of Bath. There was a little Christmas tree and a couple of decorations which was a nice touch and made the place feel really welcoming and it was great to have some milk in the fridge for our first cuppa. The place was really clean and the beds were comfortable even if a little small. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Bath especially at Christmas time!

The toilet seat was loose, but it didn't have a negative impact on our stay.

location is great , room is clean , good communication with staffs via email and coffee / tea / milk provided well . The mattress and The pillows are worse ever , not comfortable at all if you change them I will go back to stay again and will recommend to people

1. The single bedroom , the beds are too small and not comfortable at all like for 10 years old children bed . I think you should change it. 2.The double bedroom , the bed is very soft ,not comfortable at all , hurt our back when we got up in the morning , I think should put Bed Topper on Top 3. The Pillow are the worse !!! every rooms are the same . The pillow so soft and flat 5 of us got up with neck pain. Please !!! buy new Pillow for everyroom I think that not expensive to change only Pillows for everyroom.

Great location so it's easy to get to most famous attractions. Friendly and helpful staff who gave us lots of help when we had some questions. The apartment is spacious so it's very suitable for families.

Since its a listed building, the windows are single glass. But the radiators aren't big enough for both bedrooms so it was quite cold during the night. The toilet couldn't flush properly while our stay even though they did have got somebody to have a look but it was after we checked out. And we were on the 3rd floor, with baby's pram, car seat, big luggage, it was quite challenging to carry those upstairs without a lift.

Very central flat with easy access and great, clear communication from hosts. Well-equipped kitchen with milk, tea bags, coffee, washing up liquid etc. Toiletries in bathroom were lovely. Good quality furniture and comfy beds. Clean and warm. You are literally 2 minutes walk from the Roman Baths and just off the main high street, 5 mins walk from the station etc.

There was quite a bit of street noise (understandable as in central city) but the biggest issues were 1. being able to hear the people moving around in the flat above (very loud) and 2. the very uncomfortable sofa bed sold as a bed. It was really hard and was not fit for purpose at all. So the person who got that bed didn't get great sleep.

The location of this unit was fantastic - steps away from great restaurants and sights, easy to access the train station and so on. The setup suited our needs with the two bedrooms, and it was nice and clean. It's a cute little place that has been done up nicely in an older space that has some character with slanted floors. Our two boys appreciated their beds and said they were comfortable as well. The hosts kindly left some coffee and a little bottle of milk.

There were some signs of wear and tear. There is no lift and the stairs are narrow, so it might be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Clean and tidy. Spacious. Good value for money. Brilliant location. Lots of room for a family. Comfy beds. Nice touch of milk and tea and coffee being there. Easy access with the code to get in. Shops and restaurants close by.

Parts looked tatty (e.g. loose toilet seat, tear in sofa, cupboard door missing from integrated washing machine, laminate flooring in kitchen had raised edges that caught my feet). Parts needed to be cleaned more (windows and the lampshades needed dusting). Loud at night but that's the location and worth it. Very good but could do with a spruce up.

The location was excellent and the kitchen was great. The fans were essential as we had some warm weather. Bathroom was lovely and well laid out, windows in every room was awesome! I would love to live here!!!

We were a little worried about the large windows without anything to prevent a child from falling out, especially in the kitchen - perhaps a shutter there would be a good idea. It was also a bit more closed off than we had thought - the photos had suggested the kitchen and living room were open plan, but they werent. not a huge issue but a little odd to have photos that clearly do not reflect current state. Same with some of the paint and decor.
