I love the fact that my Host communicated with me on direct call while I was on my journey and made everything possible for me to get the directions right and be comfortable as well. I loved the location and it wasn't far from where I was going. I slept soundly without any disturbance. I loved my stay and would recommend it 100% to others

I can't think of any shortcoming, it was perfect for what I wanted.

Everything in the room was very good it had a comfortable double bed, a tv with remote control, bed side light switches, tea and coffee facilities, ensuite toilet and shower with bath and hand towels and soap/shower gel, the owner of the property let me check out earlier than the normal time and that was good for me as I had a connection time to meet before the original check out time, a short walk to town centre shops and facilities and some pubs and take a way's close by

This is not a complaint its for people that have a wheelchair or a physical disability, after the main entrance to the building its lots of stairs and walking and there is no lifts

I’m a cyclist. I arrived at 9.30pm. I was injured by a fall earlier in the day. The night receptionist was very helpful, he carried my bike upstairs to my room and made sure I was ok before leaving.

Owner was lovely, bed was comfy was in same room as last year. When arrive go to fire exit and give them a phone to let them know you've arrived n owner will be straight down to let you in.

The stairs again but I knew this b4 I booked and went again. Wish the restaurant would reopen but circumstances happen. Room was roasting but couldn't be helped with how warm it was outside. But had a lovely stay.

Friendly welcome from host and very flexible with check-in and check- out times. Comfortable accommodation, central to town.

The bar and restaurant were not available

Clean, crisp sheets. Room very clean and bright. Excellent tea and coffee facilities - generous. Power shower in en suite. Manager very obliging and helpful - highly recommend his attention to detail.

No breakfast but Ben and Bert’s is nearby.

Good location and friendly staff, efficient arrival, welcome and showing room process.

It was the last twin room with private en-suire facilities available in the whole town that weekend and I think that was reflected in the price.

The location was ideal, the room was comfortable, and although some people did not like the beds, because I have a back condition, the fairly firm bed was perfect for me.
