great service , I was really tired from early flight and they gave me a early check in and also upgraded my room to bigger one. The english breakfast was also mouthwatering

The breakfast timing could be made atleast upto 9.30 or 10 AM.Would be wonderful for getting some sleep and if I arrive late ie around 8.45 or so I was not served fruits/desserts , and I had to explicity ask for it which was not fair

Very central location, cute and cosy and excellent value for money. The gentle rumble of the subway was an interesting distraction, never intrusive but a gentle reminder that you are in a large city. Easy access to London sights. Full English breakfast included and able to cater for gluten free.

At the price point for this hotel including full English breakfast there is nothing to complain about.

Excellent location..... walkable area. Close to Paddington station. Lots of great restaurants and little shops to buy the essentials. Great full breakfast served every morning.... which really helps with the budget.

Really met all my expectations. I've stayed in Norfolk Square before ( where the hotel is located)...... so I expected some underground rumblings from Paddington Station. Keep in mind there is NO elevator..... stairs only. Also no AC..... which was not problematic given the time if year we traveled. I loved t! Any quirkiness was all part of the adventure.

Proximity to Paddington Station, proximity to bars/cafes/shops, water pressure and temperature were good, bed was comfortable, room was clean, common spaces were clean, breakfast staff were very kind and accommodating regarding dietary restrictions.

They held bags, but didn’t have a locked room or system for tagging them. Our bags were absolutely fine, but I felt mild unease about leaving them out in the lobby. There is no air conditioning, so we kept our balcony door open, but if you are sensitive to heat and travel in the summer, you might not love it.

Great location, very close to Paddington station. Restaurants and pubs nearby, and small supermarket. Reasonably priced when comparing other hotels in London. We asked for room with balcony and we were lucky to get one. I cannot say I liked noises coming from metro, but that is something which you cannot avoid,only accept. And they are not running during nights, so you will get good sleep anyhow. Hotel is located end of the street, so it was quiet area.

English breakfast was disappointment. Several reviews said its good, so perhaps issue were my expectations based on previous English breakfast. Breakfast room was very small,so prepare to wait, if you are hungry around rush hours.

Destination was very good, not far away from city center, close to underground station. Personal was kind. For short stay and not too much comfort requested it is good choice.

For somebody it can be a problem that every 5 minutes underground passes under the hotel what causes noise and feeling like small earthquake. If you do not have problem with sleeping, it is not such a problem. Breakfast was simple and not much to select. English breakfast or fruits. No elevator.

Location is very good - next to Paddington station. The breakfast had a very good selection and there was lots of it. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Kind and helpful staff, clean accommodations, great location! It's very near to Paddington Station, with access to multiple bus, train, and tube lines. I always felt very safe walking alone, even at night.

The sink in my bathroom wasn't ideal; the shelf above it prevents you from putting your face directly over the sink which makes washing difficult. ;-) There is also a frequent rumbling from passing trains and tubes, but it didn't really bother me.

My favorite place(requested same room as Platinum Jubilee 2022-first floor right behind reception) in London, so close to Paddington and great breakfast with friendly staff. I am very easy to please, it's not fancy (at all) but it ticks the boxes of all of my requirements, i.e. location, proximity to room and familiarity with property.

All was well, price was way higher than I would have liked, but the Olympics were the next week so I guess that's why

Location 5 min away from Paddington station (underground and direct trains to the airport) 24 hour reception Area with a lot of pubs and different kinds of restaurants 10 min walk to Hyde Park Simple, but very nice breakfast - the croissants were to die for! Comfy beds, nice bathroom in the room, TV, strong WIFI and kettle with coffee, tea and cream

You feel the trains go past - not a problem for me, but take ear plugs. The breakfast room was really organized, but quite small for a fully booked hotel and just 1 and a half hours for everyone to eat is not really enough.
