The location between the Hammersmith and Sheppard’s Bush tube stations is really convenient. A Tesco is very close and lots of lovely little restaurants nearby too . The room was small but comfortable and clean and a good value .

London was very hot at the time of the stay and the room stayed quite hot . These old buildings are not built for this kind of heat so I get it . I had the bed by the window and that was cooler at night .

The staff is very polite and the host is very nice. The room is fine and very comfortable. The location is good because it is near 2 stations (Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush). There are many bars, restaurants and mini markets nearby.

The hairdryer wasn’t hot enough so the hair didn’t dry right. There is no place to hang the towels so they would dry during the day.

We couldn't make the dates we booked, as our sailing from Ireland was cancelled, we thought we had lost our money, but we asked could we change our dates and they did no problem, it's a perfect hotel for a few nights and good location for us ,some nice bars and restaurants nearby, will be booking again ,as its reasonably priced

We chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest in London center. The location is very nice, with many restaurants and close to Westfield shopping center as well as metro and other public trasport. It takes about 30 mins to get to city center. The room was very clean, it seems the hotel is just after major reconstruction. We stayed for 2 nights, we got clean towels, soap and shower gels for the duration as well as coffee and tea.

The room has no A/C despite the statement at booking website. The reception is not 24/7, but the receptionist was waiting for our arrival. There was no shampoo provided for the stay and the room cleaning service between nights was very basic (only toilet paper was replenished).

There is a good price-quality ratio. Very good service, cleanliness, and a location close to the subway, which makes it easy to get around anywhere, including proximity to the airport. However, it's worth noting that sharing a bed with children may be less comfortable than expected because the beds are only a twin and a half size. Other than that, excellent.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very convenient, since it's only a short walk to the DART station (and just a few stations to city centre). The breakfast was a bit more expensive, but it was very good. apart from a small buffet of regular continental breakfast items, you could order warm dishes from their menu, which had everything I would want from a breakfast.

Excellent location, 15min. walk (or 1 bus stop) from Hammersmith Underground Station. There are several restaurants nearby, a cafe, a french bistro, a bakery and a grocery store. Rooms were clean and very convenient, our room was facing the backyard, so it was quiet too! Excellent free wifi. Rooms are cleaned everyday! Overall, it was a great place to stay! Definitely would recommend It!

Very friendly staff, especially the man I believe was possibly the owner, nothing was too much trouble for him. Room was very clean but could maybe do with a lick of paint.

The room was not as advertised, the room we were in was tiny. A twin room which we requested. 1 bed up against the window, on top of the radiator, no way to turn it off so had to sleep with the window open, making it very noisy. Also could see the mattress through the sheet (I didn't dare look under or I possibly wouldn't have slept) , if I were the owner I'd maybe invest in mattress protectors. Other than the above I cannot complain, it's a lovely little hotel for the money we paid.

Excellent location, had everything I needed in the room, the staff were friendly and check-in was very smooth. Bed was comfy too. Considering the price, this was a good deal.

The bathroom light did not work on one of the evenings, it came back on after an hour or so though. There was a little bit of rust etc. visible in some spots and noises from the stairway could be heard in the room but nothing severe.

A great location with very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The bathroom has a nice shower and there was little to no noise all night. A good night's sleep had by all!

There could have been a bit more communication, for example, on booking it said that breakfast was included, however I discovered that the door was locked and clearly that was not the case. It would have been good to have been informed that on arrival.
