I was in London again with friends for a few days and since my hotel of choice, the Comfotel BLU, where I had stayed the previous two times, was already fully booked, this time I chose its "sister hotel" Comfotel GRN. Some of the existing reviews of this hotel are really appalling, which is why I would like to expressly say here that I CANNOT share these reviews, the complaints and the moaning in any way!! The hotels of the Comfotel group are run with so much passion, care, cleanliness and warmth towards the guests that you actually very rarely find. Super-friendly and courteous staff! The rooms were absolutely spacious enough for us and equipped with everything you need for a short trip. It is particularly worth mentioning that they are COMPLETELY cleaned every day, including bed linen, towels and even the vanity kit (small sealed bag with soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.). It won't be long before I visit there again, and not just because of the relatively low price! Thank you very much, guys! You are awesome! See you soon again!

It was at a very nice location. We had our own bathroom. It was quite quiet. We had a good wi-fi. Everyday a lady came in to clean and to give us new towels.

We didn’t like the smell, so we bought a air freshner, we recommend it. The shower was okay, it wasn’t very strong and it was only from above, you can not handle the shower. It was getting really hot at night from the heating abd we didn’t understood how to lower it, but that was fine we slept with an open window. After all we spent an amazing stay, these things were not that big of a deal so we just went with it.

We were able to check in early, confirmed before arrival. Staff were kind and accommodating with queries. The room was clean and we were upgraded as a birthday gift! The hotel staff were kind enough to write my mum a card with best wishes! Comfortable beds and plenty of tea and coffee. Lovely floral aroma throughout our room! The room had a relaxing feel to it, it was extremely comfortable and pleasant. There’s plenty of places to dine and drink down both sides of the road. Location feels safe too which is important to us as we like to roam around and explore.

The windows were unfortunately very stiff which made them difficult to close. We slept well apart from road noise and noise from upper floors which is out of control of the hotel and their service.

The hotel is fantastic: it is close to the public transport and to a lot of places where you can eat. The room is not enormous but it is really cozy and comfortable! Everything you need is provided by the staff.. which is amazing! They are ready to answer to all the question that you may have and to support you throughout your journey! It is more than what you can expect!

The rooms were cozy,but really small. The room service was exceptional we had clean towels and made beds everyday the blond cleaning lady was awesome and did an excellent job

Very small for 4 people and the beds extremely uncomfortable. No wardrobes, towels we had to ask for extra and the windows weren’t closing properly so we were a bit cold

Room was spacious , comfortable, very value for thr money we paid , was skeptical about staying after reading reviews , check in was very easy and staff were amazing ; room spacious amazing for a family of 4 , shower amazing and was a very comfortable and nice stay , will definitely be staying again as good location very easy to get to central

We liked everything

Very friendly staff member/owner checking us in and the ladies doing room service were very polite and accommodating when we asked for some time to finish getting ready. I loved that we could get a room for all 4 of us (3 adults and 1 teen) together as this is always difficult. Once checked in you were left to your own devices when coming and going unless you needed anything (we were told they were available 24hours which was also very reassuring. Fresh towels every day were a bonus too. We were in the "Blue" Hotel which seemed like it had been done up more recently than the "Green" (we went into the reception of the Green one and it smelled like cigarette smoke, so was happy that the Blue one was more modern). Perfect location on a bus route and 15mins walk away from the tube and underground

There was small cosmetic issues if i was to be picky - however these did not affect our stay in any way, shape or form. These things were toilet roll holder broken, some bits on the wall from old hanging fixtures that just need filling and painting. Apart from that, I couldn't fault anything.

Room is clean, comfortable despite its size. Furnishings and toilet are relatively new. Felt safe and secure staying there. Also quite close to Westfield Mall and train station is just a short walk away.

Room and shower can feel cramped at times. However for short stays it definitely is convenient and comfortable enough.

Ground floor room of the euro hotel. The room was a family room 1x single bed, 2x double beds. The room was large and comfortable. With a decent sized bathroom. Beds and room was fresh and tidy. Only down side was the outside noise, however it was carnival weekend so it was expected. Carnival wise it’s not to far away, little a couple stops away via tube. I’d defo recommend. We also had a single attic room, it was soooo quiet it was perfect. The view is also amazing! The bathroom is tiny, but that’s to be expected. It’s perfect for one person.

There’s no breakfast, we didn’t mind though.

We don’t know where bad notes come from, but for us everything was great. Rooms look just like in the pictures, staff was very kind and contact was very good as well. Rooms were clean, free starter kit was also fine. We sincerely recommend this place for stay.
