The location is fantastic. The apartment had everything you need.

Checking in was complicated. We walked to the point where the keys were supposed to be, in a safe, but the safe was empty. We headed back to the apartment block and by chance, bumped into someone who could let us in and he said he'd return with our own set. We eventually checked in at 4.45 despite being there at 4pm as arranged

Location is brilliant.

I can't really write a review about the property itself, as we were moved to their sister property SACO Holborn (which is also very good) due to a maintenance issue, just before checking in. Everyone was very polite and helpful though, we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and offered a 15% discount for the inconvenience. So everything was fine with our stay overall and I would definitely book both properties again!

1. Location was central, walking distance to different tube stations with different lines. 2. Food options easily available around the location. 3. Secure entrance using a fob

1. The pick of keys was convenient, but a little distance to walk to. So we had to wait while one of us went to pick up the keys (10-15min walk each way). 2. The toilet could do with more hooks as there is little surface area to rest toiletries, clothes on. 3. Would have appreciated a drying rack as the washer/ dryer wasn't able to dry our clothes sufficiently.

We found the property at Arne Street hard to find at first where the keys were located. We then needed to get a taxi to St Martins due to the amount of luggage we had travelling with an 8 week old baby. Quite a stressful start. A lock box at the property we were staying in would be preferable.

The check in process was difficult. We were advised to go to a different property 5 minutes walk away to collect the keys only to find they weren’t there. We then were advised to go to the property and wait for someone to deliver the keys.

The location is amazing. The flat is spacious. The balcony is great extra. Stuff try there best to be helpfull

We booked extra 10 pounds for early check in from 14.00. Arrived at 14.20 and no key had to make several calls to find out that flat is not ready and they do not do early check in just take the money. Finally arrived around 16.00. Received the flat which was smelly we were not happy. After 20 minutes of unpacking people with keys came into our flat. So we ran after the guy that gave us the keys and it was the wrong keys to the wrong flat. The other flat was better. No one said sorry no one compensated us except the 10 pounds. Asked for late check out and the gave us untill 13.00 which was ok. The try there best but I think the more butiqe approach would be great

As an apartment it offered space and location benefits that you don’t get with a hotel. It was clean and modern and the whole family felt it was a home away from home. Even my son found the sofa bed comfortable.

As this is an apartment there was no way we could drop our bags off or pick up the keys at the location we were staying at. We were in London and had theatre tickets so that made it difficult to arrange, however it all got sorted.

location is excellent ; very nicely appointed and comfortable. Near theatres and West End but information on access very poor and barely meaningful

We received 8 emails from Cove. One contained access codes but did not clarify where they were valid. Although apartment is at Slingsby Place keys are obtained from Arne Street about 300 m away. Important omission was that little block plastic thing opened main door at Slingsby Place. In the end worked it out a more meaningful single communication from Co e would have obviated our difficulties
