The location is great - close to everything, walking to the bridge, London Eye, the Big Ben, South Bank and other attractions. There’s a subway station next block. The room was relatively small for two people but had various useful items: a full size table, a kitchenette, and a sofa that opened into a full size bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will stay again without hesitation.

The breakfast was not included although a good variety for just GBP 15 extra. An alarm went on one of the nights. There was some noise from people rolling the suitcases and passing by the room. There was no gym. The room cleaning was every other day. Overall, I think it was a good value, particularly considering the location.

The location of this property is absolutely fantastic. one minute walk away from the tube station that can get you anywhere in the city. Right downstairs is a small grocery store as well as coffee shop. 8 minute walk away from The Eye and The Queen’s Walk and from the Waterloo tube station that you can take several different lines from. Staff was friendly.

Facilities were not clean. Grout in shower tile was black and there was some blue cleaning gel stained on shower wall. Room was okay but not worth cost and were not luxurious at all. Also, for the price, you would expect daily room cleans however the property only cleans the room fully on every fourth day. Be Aware as this isn’t stated clearly on the hotel listing page.

Our family of 4 had a very good experience staying in this hotel. The location is great. Walking distance to London Eye, Big Ben and Great Waterloo station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. There are open 24/7 markets, souvenir vendors and food and beverage places around the hotel. We did not eat and drink at the hotel, we have no idea about this. We definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to London.

The heating system of the room was not enough for us. We couldn't get it above a warm, average room temperature. At night the heating would turn off by itself and the room would get cold.

The hotel was centrally located to tourist spots with ta bus stop within feet of the hotel, very convenient. The beds were comfortable and nice to have a kitchen. The breakfast was convenient and nice. The hotel is on a busy street, but was pleasantly quiet in the rooms.

The room was tight, with the pullout couch being used. Couldn't really move or store things when opened. For a family of 4 with two teenagers, it was a little cramped. But it is still a nice place to stay for a short period of time.

All of the staff were very professional, helpful and great to deal with. The rooms were very well equipped and afforded panoramic views of London. The staff listened to, and acted on, my request for a particular room on my second stay: i was given the room I wanted, which was even more spacious and the views of London were even better; as I was on a higher floor. The location of the property was fantastic with easy access to all of the South Bank's myriad attractions.

my only, very minor, comment was that the drying machines required a degree in operational engineering to operate: i suggested that they rip these out, which were designed and manufactured in Switzerland, and replace them with dryers which were easier to understand and operate.

We used the Hop On/Hop Off bus for transportation. It was a relatively short walk to the Westminster Bridge to catch the bus. Also, a grocery market was a few doors from the hotel. This was great since we don't always eat at a restaurant.

There were no luggage racks to place our luggage on. We had to place our luggage on chairs which didn't work well. I also don't like having to use my key card to turn on the lights. Also, a bigger sign outside the hotel would have been nice so we could find it after getting off the train.

Of course, it is a great location! During Christmas, the buses and the underground didn’t work, but despite that, we were able to walk around the center of London all day and see all the landmarks we had planned to visit, as many of them were nearby. Also, the kitchen was perfectly furnished with plates, cutlery, skillets, pans, and, of course, a dishwasher! We couldn’t stop talking about the enormous towels! On the first day, we tried the breakfast, and it was good! And the staff – they were always ready to help us.

There are some questions about functional design of the room. For instance, in the family room we stayed in, there was no place to hang our outerwear; only a small cabinet was available for all of our belongings. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a toilet brush, and there were only two towel racks.

Location, in the south bank, a walking to London Eye Soft linens, confortable bed bath clean and big Possibility to leave luggage before check in / after check out (free) Staff was friendly and professional] confortable room and spacious Tv with some interesting channels Wifi good signal

No vending machines in the property No room service (for light meals, like a coffee, soup, sandwich, salad etc) Our room had a sofa, but there´s no linens extra bed clothes to use there No view in the room room phone apparently wasn´t working Despite being close to some attractions, hotel area seemed a little bit unsightly

Breakfast fine, but you need more space/tables and staff. Clearly you were overwhelmed and key food items were constantly running out. The location to Waterloo station (3 blocks walk away), buses (almost right outside the door) and tubes was excellent. 5 minute walk to hook up with nearby stop for all the hop-on hop-off bus tours and just a few minutes more and you're on the Westminster Bridge and standing in front of Big Ben, etc. Couldn't be more convenient --- and at a good price (by London standards, anyway!). Rooms were spacious and the kitchen station was a great add-on. Place to sit down on couch was also a bonus. View out the window was not (overlooking office floor on adjacent building).

I like the size of the room compared to other hotels in London. It was also nice that we had a kitchenette in the room which I did not expect. There was a grocery store right beside the hotel too.

There was not much cabinet space for your clothes. Although the area is walking distance to many tourist attractions, I feel a little unsafe when walking in the later hours in the evening as not too many people walk in the area at night. Also, if you want to check in a little earlier or check out a little later, there is a corresponding fee depending on how long. It can be an additional 30 pounds or 60 pounds.
