Location was amazing, rooms super comfy and staff very helpful. The room was very clean

The check in process was not super easy as I didn't receive any codes and had to get in contact with the staff. Regardless the staff was very helpful

The location is perfect! The kitchen it just right for a single or double occupancy. The bed is so comfy, and the wardrobe was just the right size for myself and my partner for a few days. Even though it is not manned, the staff were friendly over the phone/messages if we ended up needing anything. Overall, I would highly recommend StowAway as a great spot for those wanting easy access to the city, affordable prices, and for a comfy, cosy spot to come back to after a busy day.

Our front door didn't close fully, so we were unable to lock it at night. But the inner door did lock so we didn't find it too much of a problem. There is no luggage storage. However, there are plenty of luggage drop off point near by

The place is great. Location amazing. Everything inside is new and modern. Communication with host was good.

AC had issues but there was a mobile unit that we used. It wasn't too bad. TV cable went out after the first night so that was also inconvenient but it's a smart TV so at least I was able to connect via my phone stream from my phone to the TV so that helped. Last thing I didn't like was how noisy it is from the trains but if you bring earplugs it should be good. If you don't have earplugs this will be an issue. For the price this was a good place to stay. Those three things were an issue but not the worst thing in the world and to be honest I'd stay here again in the future.

The bathroom could have been cleaner

No recenption so an online check in/check out and entry to the building with a key pad code - which makes the whole process quick and easy, avoiding queues at reception. The rooms are containers which have been very nicely converted to studios with good quality appliances and lots of imaginative touches to get the most from the space.

No working air con but the room was generally warm enough as it had an electric heater (it was January and pretty cold outside). Not sure it would be cool enough on a hot summer day though with windows that are south facing and dont open.

It was funky, in a great location and had most things we needed. The communication between the team and myself was great. Always prompt, always helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants and cafes everywhere, not to my taste because I don’t like spicy food!!!! But then I found Black & Blue Steakhouse right near the main entrance of Waterloo station and had the most delicious baby backed ribs with frites and salad. It was scrumptious and great value for money in London. We really enjoyed our stay there!!! Special mention to Alesh who was wonderful.

There was no toaster which is a must for us. Would have appreciated a few hooks or shelves on the walls to put things on or hang things up.

Well designed, well equipped, very comfortable bed. Very convenient for Waterloo station and the south bank.

I didn’t get a room number when booking and had to call up when I arrived. There’s no staff at the accommodation so called using an iPad installed in the entrance. Nobody answered further a little while. I was worrying that I wouldn’t get in to the room. Main door downstairs to get through to the rooms wasn’t closed and it did feel a little bit like anyone could come through and walk around outside the rooms. There used to be a double door though in the room so I could lock both doors from the inside.

It is very close to Waterloo and has easy access to public transport. This StowAway hotel is located at Lower Marsh, hosting plenty of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants/cafes and a vibrant, busy street market during lunchtime on weekdays, which provides lots of amenities, convenience and lots of unique food options while still being very close to major tourist attractions such as the London Eye. The check-in process went very smoothly. We entered our room following the instructions sent to us without any issues at nearly midnight. The room was not super large, but many storage spaces were smartly integrated into the interior. The kitchenette was a nice addition for convenience. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and had all the amenities included. The rainfall shower was clean, had good water pressure and provided us nice hot showers. The bed was very comfy and very roomy for two persons, with the head of the bed positioned near the large window with automatic electronic blinds, we were able to wake up with ambient amount of natural sunlight in the morning which was a really nice experience in this weather.

The AC/ventilation could be more powerful. The room felt stuffy sometimes after taking a shower. Also the ventilation should be cleaned or deodorised. Since there is no window that could be open inside the room any bad smells from either the bathroom or outside the room could be a bit obvious.
