The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room we saw was an economy studio and it was horrible, but we upgraded and the new room was large and had a full kitchen. It was very big by London standards. The location of this property is amazing! Great vegetarian Indian restaurant near the hotel called Ravi Shankar.
The economy room we booked was atrocious. Luckily we were able to upgrade and the new room was much better. The bed was a bit old and squashy and the hotel is a bit tired and dated but perfectly acceptable.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to major travel hubs, museums, the West End, Regents Park and Camden Markets. The well equipped laundry was a welcome facility as a tourist. The staff are friendly, especially Theo on the front desk. He went out of his way to ensure that we were well looked after...he was an absolute bonus! Keep him on and give him a pay rise!!!
The apartments could do with some refurbishment, such as carpets. The rooms are basic but well appointed. The bathrooms are very small, but the showers are hot and strong. The mattresses and pillows probably need to be replaced in the not too distant future. The rooms are heated, but not air conditioned, so they could get hot during the height of summer and there was only a small fan available to cool the room. That said, I'd definitely come back to stay.

As I was arriving too late (23:25), I was sent to the other Studios2let to collect the keys, when arriving I found a lovely blonde lady from Germany (i´m describing her as I asked her for her name to make a lovely review but I forgot...so sorry) whom make my arriving really nice with a lovely chat while she let me charge my dead mobile phone at reception. This allowed me to found the way to my room, only few minute from there. At my arrival I found a compact studio with all you need (kitchen, oven, ketlle, dishes, cups, et..). I agree is a small space , but cost, quality and location makes sense to me. Again, for me the best on my stay was the lovely receptionist
Maybe an extra plug, I only found one in my room, to connect the charger.

It's close to Euston Square station about 5 min, one direct subway stop from St Pancras train station. (Don't mix it up with Euston station, an 8 min walk away). It's calm and quiet, spacious enough for one person, might be a bit tight for a couple, but doable. Everything worked. The cooking supplies and appliances were spotless. It was nice to be able to leave my luggage after check-out the day of my departure. They kindly let me check in earlier than usual with no extra fees. I would recommend this place and stay here again if l needed to be in that part of London.
It's not 24/24 h reception. At first l couldn't get the bedside light to work but no one was there at a convenient time for me to ask. (I figured it out after 2 days). When l left my stuff on the last day, the reception was closed. A worker told me it would open in a few minutes and that it was safe to leave my stuff. I took the risk and in the end, it was fine, but my luggage was just sitting opposite the closed reception desk, so it didn't feel very safe to me. Usually hotels lock up the luggage in such cases. The shower is quite small (76 cmx 76 cm) and for some reason the small sink in the bathroom is extremely low. There is no elevator, but this l knew.

A small but well thought out room with a large comfortable bed, plenty of power-points sensibly sited and an opening window. The room is heated by a large vertical radiator which was very efficient at heating the room. There was a desk/table and two fold-out chairs, but it would be a bit cramped to have share the table with two people. The bathroom was also very small, but contained a shower, 2/3 sized handbasin toilet and shower. the shower was efficient and controllable and the plug in the handbasin worked correctly (many don't). The room was clean and very quiet until 06:30 when workers at the nearby HS2 site arrived for work. The property is extremely well-sited with Euston, Euston Square and Warren Street stations withing a few hundred yards. There are multiple supermarkets, pubs and restaurants less than 200 yards.
The shower-head adjuster mechanism was broken and so the shower-head could not be fixed at the top of its travel, meaning hair-washing had to be conducted one-handed. The bed was large enough for two but as one side is against the wall it is necessary to enter/leave the bed from one side only. Not a problem for me as I was alone, but could be an issue for a couple.

The location was great for where I needed it. The rooms are cosy and a decent price for the area. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
I had to change rooms as the shower bowl didn't look to have been cleaned. Although once checked by the staff they found it to be a leak from the ceiling so I had to be moved into another room upstairs. When I was in the room getting my kit to move the contractor did not knock and just walked in which was awkward. He immediately shut the door then finally knocked and came back in. I was just stood there then like a melon waiting to leave the room in my kit as he was chatting to another lady in the doorway about the shower. Yes very awkward 🤦.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this property. The location is within walking distance of 2 major railway stations, Regents Park, Camden Markets, The British Museum and Library, along with The West End. The room is very clean, comfortable and well equipped, including a free laundry. The staff are very accommodating to requests. I have booked to stay on multiple occasions on this trip because of it's value for money. Highly recommended. Nicki from Sydney
Perhaps it's time for a change of mattresses and pillows? I would suggest they have seen better days ;)

I almost always stay at Studios2Let when I'm in London on business. Personally, I don't need room service, meeting rooms, or an in-house place for breakfast when I'm travelling on business, particularly for a short stay. In that case, Studios2Let always provides a comfortable room near St. Pancras (Eurostar) and, for that matter, the British Museum, for an unbeatable price. If you absolutely want breakfast just buy yourself what you need and use the kitchen in the studio.
While the rooms themselves are just fine, the common areas could do with a little sprucing up. Also, don't expect a view, if that kind of thing is important for you (it's not, for me).

A compact room packed with features which had been well thought out to use the space available efficiently. The room had a comfortable double bed, but this was against a wall on one side so might not suit couples quite as much as it did me. The kitchen area had both a microwave (in a cupboard), small oven, two induction hobs kitchen-sink, two refrigerators and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The property supplied everything needed to wash plates etc. including a tea towel. The bathroom was small but (nearly) everything worked well and it never felt claustrophobic. There were plenty of power points, and these were sensibly sited. There was adequate storage space (both hanging and drawers). The windows of the apartment could be opened fully. The apartment is extremely well sited being less than a three-minute walk from Euston station and 200 yards (190m) from Euston Square tube.
The area is quite noisy as it is not very far from the HS2 building-works and this starts early in the morning (around 06:00) when there is conversations between people on their way to the HS2 site and lorries manoeuvring. There was a heated towel rail but I never discovered how to switch it on.

The location is very central and accessible to major transport links. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The laundry facilities are excellent. The male receptionist (sorry, don't know his name) is always friendly and willing to assist and happy to store bags if I am travelling and returning to the property, which I really appreciate.
The rooms can be very compact and difficult to navigate with two adults. I was on the 4th floor for this stay, and as nice as it was to see BT Tower from my room, it was difficult to get two big bags up and down the stairs with no lift access. That said, the male receptionist was very willing to assist.
