Great location close to Bond St tube station. Very quiet due to soundproofing. Very friendly staff. We received a room upgrade at check in.

Booking.com is great for quoting prices including all taxes and fees prior to booking. So I was surprised that the hotel notified me shortly after booking that a "discretionary" 5% service charge would be added to the bill. Perhaps booking.com can work with the hotel to ensure that guests understand this charge before a booking is made.

Loved the modern nature of this hotel. It was very slick and perfectly positioned to get around London easily.

I found the staff very inconsistent - some were helpful and some were very rude. Considering the price per night it was difficult to justify such a spend when the service is questionable.

Exceptional rooms. New hotel in excellent location.

While staff are generally nice and eager to please, the level of training is relatively poor and service is confusing. From confusing checkin where 7 staff are waiting at the entrance standing idly with checking taking longer then it should, spending considerable time explaining the room and no mention of hotel facilities, service or breakfast. Standard of breakfast relatively poor for this type of hotel with very limited healthy options, service staff standing around chatting waiting to be called to clear the table, no staff to welcome you at restaurant entry etc. Generally poor standard of training and experience, confusing setup and ineffective management.

I stayed here for one night on a Tuesday, following surgery I’d had at Harley Street. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and calm - the perfectly tranquil atmosphere I needed. The room (even just the ‘superior’ room) was absolutely outstanding and a well thought out space. We have stayed in some very luxurious hotels in London (the Ritz, Lanesborough, Langham, Savoy etc) and this was the best room we’ve had - a lovely seating area, beautiful cups and saucers and quality designer details, all touch screen with electric curtains, beautiful lighting choices to create a soothing space. I rarely return to the same place twice, always opting to try somewhere new instead, but I was floored by the beauty and attentive service here and I have already booked our return trip for February to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Also, I got a real sense of pride from all the people working here, and that adds to the relaxing atmosphere that is created from the minute you arrive until the moment you have to leave - I hope that magic is never lost.

They added a "discretionary" tip of 5% to the bill...WHAAAAT??? Tip for what??? State your price and stick to it, this "tipping everyone" for exactly what you pay for is out of control!

First of all, I would like to thank Bianca, Elena ,and all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and reception.the Hotel is a perfect choice in all aspects. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy we did it while setting in a couch while we offered a to have a refreshment. The place is in the heart of Oxford, next to Bond Station,but I can confirm its every quiet neighbourhood. The room was equipped with all amenities, including a steam iron. The room designed really well equipped with type-c and usb charge in every needed corner, touch switch, heating floor in the bathroom, umbrella and so on…,I really don not how to say it but I felt I am in a 5 star Maldivian resort inside the hotel The hotel is new and deserves a try, the gem is only written for the one who dare to take it..

Nothing, everything was perfect

The buffet breakfast was very good but I was disappointed that I was allowed only one cup of coffee within the rather high price of £28. The room was fabulous and the facilities generally were superb . The staff were very helpful and helped us to really enjoy our two day stay

They have a quirky way of payment . On arrival you pay the room bill plus £100 per day for any potential extras plus a service charge of 4%. When you leave you pay the whole bill again but this one includes the extras you have purchased again plus 4%. They apparently refund the first bill paid on arrival but I'm not sure when this happens so at the moment my credit card is carrying twice the cost of the room !!! I have no idea why they do it this way .

I liked the property especially because it is new. The location is very convenient. The staff were friendly especially Mike and the two gentleman who I forgot their names.

The room services is too slow. They opened my room 4 times “by mistake” without knocking, then apologized!!!! I still don’t accept it. They don’t provide enough water, this is a five star hotel, giving me one or 2 little water bottles is not okay

My €700 wasn’t garantee was not released instead it was chart to my credit card .

New stylish hotel, modern comfortable rooms, good location, amazing restaurant. Good value for money.

Biggest issue is housekeeping : constantly forgetting to clean cups/glasses/plates, missing towels and vanity sets, housekeeping’s hair on the sheets, reorganising of my cosmetics. Also it’s nice to have a butler, but if neither butler no guest service in general can’t even book a restaurant for you despite confirming it’s done- it’s sad, I believe they need some extra trainings indeed.
