It’s a pretty location near the park, there are a lot of buses, trains near it. The host is adorable, we had a really nice time :)

It’s a bit small but it’s no big deal

The room was clean and comfortable. Almost everything necessary for personal use was available. +Good location

The corridors and stairs were a bit narrow. But since most buildings in London are like this, there's not much the hotel can do. If you have a lot of luggage with you, try to book a room on the ground floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. All the necessary facielites were there (kettle, iron, etc. ) Really good value for money in London.

The location was ok, close to some local shops and the underground wasn't too far either. The room itself was pleasant, decent sized bedroom, the bathroom was a little small, but good enough for myself and partner.

There wasn't anyone on reception when we came to check in. Only when other guests going out for food told us we would need to call the hotel number to get in touch with someone, the receptionist came upstairs to check us in. Luckily, we weren't in any rush, but we did have to wait 25minutes which was a little frustrating.

Stayed here twice in two different rooms. One with kitchen and one without. Both rooms were very clean which is my most important criterion. Great directions on how to access your key. Exit the Manor House Tube Stop Exit 7 walk for 4-5 minutes to reach the hotel. Manor House is on the Piccadilly line and straddles zone 2 and 3. We came home after 10:30 PM a couple of times and felt safe walking from the tube stop to the hotel because people were on the street. . It's in a great location IMHO. It's across the street from Finsbury Park which is good for running /strolling. Go north from the hotel for about 3 blocks for an Aldi and Sansbury supermarket. Go one km north to select from Turkish restaurants. The managers were responsive to communication. . I would stay here again the next time I am in London and need a clean basic room.

Overall, no complaints. Watch the last step as you head to the basement as it's easy to miss.

The hotel itself is a sweet house in typical English style, the check-in was self and easy, the location was perfect because there was a near metro station and a big supermarket. The room was very clean, it had very amenities such as kettle with coffee and tea, mini fridge, hair dryer, towels, shower gel and soap and even compliment candies. The bed was comfortable as well.

The room walls are thin and there is less privacy than expected. Also, the bathroom is quite small and uncomfortable but we got used to it quickly. Our room was located at the basement (we chose the cheapest option), therefore there was not a proper window with natural light, but this was not a big problem as we were for a short stay and we spent most of the time outside sightseeing.

The staff are lovely. The location is great - a few minutes from a subway line. Upon check in it was clean and warm. The room was nice and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay- a kettle, iron, hairdryer, etc.

The room and especially the bathroom are tiny. The room we were in was not corresponding to the pictures of the room we booked via Booking. Cleaning services and change of sheets/towels during the stay are at additional cost and wi-fi is additionally paid too - £5 for 24 hours.

personally I don't recall booking a room with a kitchen in it, but that's what we got and we were pleasantly surprised! the room was clean and the bathroom had shampoo, body wash, moisturiser etc. there was a kitchenette with a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, kettle and all kinds of plates/glasses/pans etc. there was a clothing iron and a hair dryer and basically everything you could possibly need for a three night stay. felt safe in the building.

not a complain cause we knew it wasn't close to the main attractions, but it does takes around 40 minutes to get to the city center- if that doesn't bother you then it's all perfect! we never once interacted with a staff member but everything went smoothly regardless.

The host is responsive and takes care of everything quickly. The communication was very good. The location is one of the best you can find with a private bathroom :) It is well connected to the city, there is a tube station nearby and also bus stations. There are 2 supermarkets in the area and a very good burger shop (Buns on fire) very close. There is a kitchen available in the room, although it is kind of risky to use because it may trigger the fire alarm. We did not use it, but it is well equipped.

There is a dangerous metal towel dryer in the bathroom exactly at head level. Pretty sharp corners. It should be replaced with a plastic one asap. The bathroom is very small and the risk of accident is high. The nightstands are very small. There were some defective light bulbs. We had some issues with the water one day, but the host solved it very quickly. Nothing else really important to mention. Just that the property may need some small improvements to really shine.
