We really enjoyed the little details that made the stay feel more luxurious such as the robes, hand cream, breakfast, and the ducks in the hot tub. Having the owner update us on the little quirks of the cabin before our arrival waa also a nice touch and made it feel like we could reach out if we needed to.

Considering the lovely breakfast hamper provided it would have been good to have a toaster for our bread but we understand the kitchen space is limited so can appreciate why this wasn't provided.

We loved it here - it was a great short break in a lovely location. The shepherd's hut is located on a beautiful farm in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside. The hut was very well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Our hosts were excellent too - the prior information was really helpful and they were always on hand if we needed anything or had any queries.

Everything! Stayed in one of the Shepherds huts located in a very private area. Gorgeous hut with great views and every comfort you could wish for. Bathrobes, great bed, wood burner, kitchen and bathroom - even a pair of binoculars to watch the wildlife (great touch). Ordered the Breakfast pack which did not dissapoint. Then there is the hot tub. Not a gurgling fancy juccuzi but a wonderful luxurious wood fired tub. Pure luxury overlooking the countryside. Could not fault the facilities or the location. Met one owners on departure and had nice chat. Will definately return.

Having to leave!

The property is in a very rural location, so you’re totally away from any distractions. Our cabin was really easy to find and we loved it as soon as we saw it. It was small, cosy and the perfect vibe for a couples getaway. The stay was comfortable, clean and the perfect intimate getaway location in rural Northumberland.

We stayed in January, so it was very muddy outside and it was difficult to avoid getting the cabin floor muddy with it being so small.

We had an incredible stay, Leveret was beautiful. The perfect getaway made even better by welcoming hosts, a lovely hamper and peaceful surroundings that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. Just listening to the sounds of the animals or looking out to the flower meadow was beautiful and so relaxing. The small but perfectly formed shepherds hut was so well laid out and had all the necessary comforts of home, plus a lovely wood burning stove. The wild flower meadow was beautiful too!

That we hadn't booked to stay longer!

Everything was great. Had a fab time really enjoyed it there the curlew hut was amazing with fab views. Lovely little hut have everything in the kitchen and love how eco friendly everything is. Lovely bathroom too and super warm and cosy with the fire on it doesn't take a lot to heat up and keep warm all night.

Such a gorgeous stay for a couple. We sat out for hours in the hot tub and eventually the sky cleared so we could see all the stars! It was a magical stay and we are already looking to book again. We opted for early check in and the room was spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed. I wish we booked a longer stay :)

I wish there was a gravel/wooden path leading to the huts, other than that it was perfect!

We had a fabulous stay in 'Eyebright' shepherds hut, the breakfast and goodies that were left for us were superb! We chose to barbecue on our first night and then sat in the hot tub with champagne watching the northern lights, bliss! The hut was so warm and cosy and we slept really well and everything was first class. This is our second trip to Westfield Farm Shepherds Huts and we stayed in 'Demoiselle' last time which was equally as fantastic. We are hoping to come back soon to try out 'Leveret' hut and we truly can't wait to come back as it is such a wonderful location to visit! Thanks to Tim and Emma for making everything so welcoming! Nothing, everything was first class.

EVERYTHING! So much thought in to the tiny details. we staying in Curlew shepherds hut and had everything we needed .. and some. loved the robe and slippers! loved the breakfast hamper (totally unexpected but really appreciated) Extra comfy bed, unbelievably clean and beautifully decorated. We will with out a doubt, be back.

What's not to like about Westfield house farm... The place was beautiful one of the best Shepard's huts we've stayed in. It literally has everything you need and the finish of the hut was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the shower just wow! The surroundings were amazing so peaceful and plenty of wildlife the binoculars were a great touch. Unfortunately I was poorly and had to leave early but we will certainly be back to try the hot tub. I also just want to say a massive thank you to Tim for saving us when we ran out of diesel I can't thank you enough for your help and we hope to see you again soon.

Absolutely nothing to dislike
