They are currently in the middle of renovations so some noise, BUT we are the second couple to stay in our room with our dog and WOW! Everything is updated, everything is beautiful and the view is STUNNING. I love the accessories, the chairs, the lighting, the Keurig, the bath and body products are eco-friendly and smell wonderful. The staff were incredible in welcoming us and showed us to our room. The TV is HUGE and has roku. Stand up shower has great pressure. New mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. Can't say enough nice things about our stay.

We do have a senior dog and she did not like going up the stairs because they are the rugged, metal steps with holes. If you're staying with a pet it's something to consider.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and I loved that the toilet/shower was separate to the sink area. The location of the hotel was in a very picturesque location and being just outside of downtown Sedona it was nice and quiet and easily accessible to restaurants etc. They also had a lovely seating area with fire pit which was lovely to sit around in the evenings. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nothing, the place was lovely, would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. The room was recently upgraded so everything was nice and clean. The shower had lots of hot water and great pressure. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice seating area outside the lobby to sit and chat/enjoy breakfast. There were fire tables available for use in the evening. The pool area looked nice, though we didn't have an opportunity to use it. The location was very convenient, lots of parking.

This place met and even exceeded our expectations. If I had to look for improvement, the breakfast could have included some protein e.g. even hard-boiled egg or cheese. There could have been an ice machine on the 2nd floor since there are no elevators - I saw someone struggling on the stairs. Really a good place for an overnight stay though.

I liked the friendly staff and the location. I was met with smiles and they even accommodated me to check in early since the room was ready and saw that I had my baby with me and it was hot out. Their breakfast was nice! They had great selection of breakfast treats and drinks. I chose the banana muffin and orange juice.

I didn’t like the shower. It smelled funny and the water also spills out a bit to the bathroom floor. Their ice machine was broken. They do not offer bottled water or have a water refillable station. I had to buy water bottles at the gas station.

Newly renovated, everything is spotless! There’s a modern retro vibe in the furnishings, decor, fridge and microwave. The Keurig is a great touch! Every detail has been thought out to make the room a respite after the day’s activities. Staff is super friendly, location is quiet at night, I really enjoyed staying here. I travel a LOT and this place ticks all the boxes. Comfy bed, breakfast included, good coffee, spectacular views, clean, spacious.

I prefer bathtubs. That said, the shower was fabulous.

It’s in a really nice area. Some awesome healthy food nearby (Sedona Juice). So good. Room was spacious…bed super comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Clean and recently renovated. Wake up to the q view of rocks. LOVE.

Water pressure in shower was a bit lacking. I want some real good pressure (others might not) so this might be okay for you. I wish it were stronger but not deal breaker. I would stay here again.

The rooms have been freshly renovated, everything is new and attractively furnished. The size of the room was OK, it is better to choose the option with a king-size bed instead of 2 queen-size beds, then the free space can be used more effectively. The personelle was friendly and really helpful.

The air conditioning was really loud. The fan in the bathroom doesn't seem to work properly. The breakfast offered, can't be called breakfast. It was a sweet snack.

Our whole stay was wonderful! The registration staff were very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. Upon our arrival the staff was excited that we had choose Kokopelli as our hotel. Helpful and knowledgable with places to go and how to get there. Thank you!

Elevator for guest. We were told there wasn't an elevator to the 2nd floor. My sister, age 74, has a bad knee it was difficult hiking up the stairs to our room with all our luggage.

I have stayed at the Kokopelli before, but the Renovations by new owner have turned this facility into my new favorite place to stay in Sedona. Very friendly and helpful staff, ez check in and out, and the room was very clean and comes with nice amenities such as good soap, shampoo, lotions, etc..and not the cheap lil bottles either!

Maybe a little more choices available for the continental breakfast..and maybe a toaster for bagels and croissants.

- great location (if you don’t mind adding a 20min walk each way, you can avoid parking stress and walk to Bell Rock). Lots of good food options nearby including Colt BBQ. - lots of parking - friendly staff - newly refreshed rooms, very modern and well equipped (they look better than the photos). Microwave, fridge, kettle, great shower, big TV, modern amenities, lots of space - great value - I didn’t use the pool but looked clean
