The greeting and service upon arrival from Joanna was second to none and set the tone for the trip. Joanna was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to deal with. Once settled in, Courtenay was the bar/ kitchen staff member we never knew we needed. She went above and beyond her role to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely be returning to Hilton Culver City due to the above and beyond service provided by both Joanna and Courtenay.

Very clean, nicely furnished rooms, quiet even from traffic nearby, Very nice hotel and value priced for the area.

My check in was substandard for a hotel of this class. The desk person gave no additional information about amenities that the hotel had to offer. Just the bare minimum information and communication and not very welcoming.

Room: very comfortable and clean. Hot and abundant shower, comfortable beds. Location: Conveniently close to LAX, but a bit far from the beaches and LA Center, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. LA has too much traffic so distance was time-consuming.

Breakfast: extremely expensive. Valet/Car Parking: too expensive and takes lot of time to get the car back anytime of the day. Mailing: mailing was lost in a mailing room, we had to search the room ourselves for our package and it was there for days - nobody from reception had added it to the "inbound mailing log". Rom service: shuts down too early (23;00h) it should go at least till 00:00 or 00:30 - I had to order McDonalds via UBER Eats not to starve after getting there from a long trip.

Centrally located, friendly front staff members.

$45 per day parking - no extra charge for in and out - is a great value. However, we had to wait more than 30 min to get our car on a weekday off peak hours. There is NO self parking lot. Amenities are not like other Hiltons.

I paid for a balcony but it wasn’t a real balcony…false advertising!!!!!

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my credit card company and an identity theft attempt that needed to be sorted out before I could use the card and the the front desk staff was kind and patient while I was on the phone with the bank to figure out the issue.Beautiful facilities, rooms, outdoor area, hot tub, pool, yard games.

We had inconsistencies with the restaurant staff. A waiter one night was very friendly and responsive (Friday night), but on our 2nd night at the restaurant, a different waiter (Saturday night) was rushed and rude and did not communicate about issues with the food preparation in the kitchen. We waited much longer for one person's meal to arrive and there was not an offer to discount the meal. We asked for a discount and only received a small discount of $10 off the bill. Also, the restaurant was understaffed on Saturday night, which led to high wait times.

Great location and excellent service! The lobby was clean and inviting with great amenities.

Our room was nice, but a little worn in and the toilet was leaking throughout our stay. However we did y realize until our last day and once we did - the response was efficient and fast from staff.

An excellent hotel in a situation that suited our needs.

The toilet in our room was backing up. This happened twice . We tried to call reception from the phone in our room, which indicated the number to call, but it didn't work. We had to go to recetion to report this which was annoying.. .We were told later at reception that we should have dialed 0, but that wasn't made clear. The toilet problem was dealt with promptly once it was reported.

Our Breakfast server (Anna....) I can't recall her name was excellent. She waits on us right away. food came quickly. I am amazed she remembered all 3 of us each AM down to exact beverage as well as food choice. fantastic memory, so pleasant and always smiling. The best!! Valet was terrific > Always on time. Servers at bar lounge were very friendly, always made sure we had order for food if we wanted.(I am bad with names but he did live in Florida). Terrific staff!! Made our stay very happy and we felt well taken care of!! Front desk was nice.
