Big room. What a convenient interior. It was the best room I ever stay before. If some wants to enjoy their holidays just to take a rest in the room with comfort sleep, and do not really have to do some tour activity, I will definitely recommend here. I am going to choose to come back here if I want to shut off everything or every work and take a deep rest. It is very hard to find this great quality hotels in L.A. The room is spacious and comfortable. This hotel was much much super better than any other 4~5stars hotel with super expensive price.

The person at the frontdesk very disinterested. He seemed to take little to no pleasure in his work. No smile, no welcome. Nevertheless the room was very comfortable. The location we found perfect to go to the LA Highlights. Breakfast was very good. Wifi worked very well. Parking was free.

I liked that the check in was a quick and easy process. There was no unnecessary offers being thrown at me or evasive questions. The location was easy to find. Not to many negatives as well unfortunately there a couple, that maybe different for others. I had a good stay and if needed I would come back again.

What I didn't like was from the moment we walked in the room had a slight smell but we either got used to it or it was over taken by us after a while. The second thing I didn't like was that the bed I slept in has baby spiders I believe I was bitten while I slept as well. Now this is more personal dislike but I didn't like that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. I would say the last thing I disliked was that the breakfast they announced isn't much of a breakfast instead it's a choice of coffe or tea with a slice of bread you can toast.

I have stayed here before a few years ago and it was okay but this time it was much much better. They have upgraded the rooms and there was not a lot of people so parking was great and it is close to a lot of places to eat or go shopping.

The light on the mirror would not go off so I had to cover it with a towel and that took some of the light down but not all of the way dark like I need it to fall asleep so I was up and down all night with regards to the lighting.

The hotel is located in a perfect area. Travel time to LA and surrounding cities was 40 minutes or less. Hotel is driving distance from the airport. Balcony view of the mountains and hills. Perfect for our 4 day getaway. Restaurants near by.

Room did not have a microwave was my only dislike.

Check in was fast and easy Location was close to Venice beach, Santa Monica pier, food, shopping centers, malls and dispensaries. Literally a center location for everything we did Housekeeping came everyday with fresh towels, cleaned the room, made beds etc. They had a little patio that was useful at night to chill outside No hotel deposit Free parking

There were red stains on 2 towels we had The WiFi was slower than my cellular data The parking lot was small but didn’t have to park to far You had to make sure your room door closed all the way and locked Three flights of steps… I beat the elevator every time Breakfast was only cereal, coffee & bagels.. not worth paying extra but it was included in the price

The furnitures are old but clean. Bed is clean. Bathroom is not big but water is good for a nice shower.

the stay was excellent, well lighted parking lot, easy to access and exit. Great location. Quiet room and motel. No excessive noise at night.
